Something about that Matrix of Leadership's design looks a little off, like it's not as accurate-looking as the one that came with the 2010 Voyager mold.

Yea, it looks to be fusing G1 matrix with movieverse. Not necessarily a terrible design imo, but it shouldn't be doing that with a masterpiece figure. I think releasing a black version of the one you're referencing would have been a better choice.

looks ok with figure who have matrix leader ship out of hi chest most people will keep it in his chest for it not be lost with figure it self look forward to buy this figure hate see transfomation on this figure thank you for saying mold now i want to have jello

Its still a test model though, there is no blue on top of his feet. At least I hope its a test model.

For those who like to get spoiled, we have the scans of the instructions for MPM 04 Optimus Prime. You can see all the 43 glorious steps. And for the steps showing the face changing gimmick, well we have actual images of the toy, provided by weibo user NOTRAB. The Instruction images were scanned by TFW2005 member Heat Guy. So, how many of you will be getting this guy? And how do you find his eyes now that we see them up close?

Are Movie Masterpiece Optimus Prime and Bumblebee even available for pre-order anywhere yet? TFSource and BBTS have nothing listed for these. That's weird.

They're Toys R Us exclusives, probably wont show up there until after SDCC in the US, that's just how TRU likes to do MPs. Of course I'm sure TFS and BBTS will get them at some point, but they won't be the cheapest place.

Do the masterpiece figures that are TRU exclusives usually pop up on Toysrus.com? Cause I looked recently and no result so I assumed not (although I realize he hasn't been released yet), but I don't want to go to one far away if necessary.
