Yes it is. It's also limited to less than 10 (I think that's the number) of each figure worldwide.

Yeah, it is a repaint but not just any repaint due to the rarity of the production of this figure.
I personally think it's super cool simply due to the colour scheme. The black, gold, grey, and red make a really slick looking Super God Fire Convoy.
