BotCon 2010 Rapido Robot Mode Revealed?

about time another good paint job out the g2 80's colors except for this, gnaw, and street star. I am not digging

A new head too? With that, the figure got interesting.

Of all the BotCon figures we've seen so far, Rapido is the one that makes it all worthwhile to me. This is what I was looking for when I first heard they were doing a G2 Set. Now just repaint it into Skram, lol.

I love it! I find it too bad it's not in the boxed set.

Add-on, or freebie? New head on a freebie? Not likely.

Ooooh, very very niiiiice. I like this one a lot. Wow, I thought we were just gonna get another prowl head, but this boost the guy up by 1000x.

From what I was hinted at, Slicer will be the Freebie, so this should be an add-on figure. Again, only going from my source.

His it me or we are going to see some special editions of G1 Breakdown and Dead End repaints of this guys!

Are you sure it's a new head? Rapido's head was already pretty close to Universe Prowl's that it didn't really need any modifications.

Bah!! G2 Slicer, SG Wheeljack. I'll call him Don Johnson and be done with it. I do think he's SG WJ because of the molded faction symbol, but I've been told Slicer. Ya know...if ya do want to get rid of the xtra...

It's easy to remove the molded , look at Cybertron Jetfire and Overhaul. You know, they could play it as Slicer under the guise of SG Wheeljack...

This is such an unusual and obscure choice for a figure, especially with a new head mold....

I LOVE IT!

Really really tempted to get this guy now.

I'm not a big fan of this mold, and Jazz needs a different mold than Prowl, Streak etc. I've seen some decent customs, but Jazz needs a better mold than this, and SG Jazz isn't the answer either, IMHO.

i.e. as a Souvenir Set. Me may even be the Attendee freebie, though rumor has it that Slicer (an E-Downshift repaint) will be the freebie.

This is seriously good. I would actually consider making this the 4th purchase of the mold for myself. Very good, indeed.

I think Hasbro knows how important Jazz is to the franchise. I think that they will release him sooner or later. I know if I was Has/Tak, I wouldn't want to release every fan favorite off the bat. Gotta give us something to look forward to down the line. Give it time. He'll be out.

I think Hasbro knows how important Jazz is to the franchise. I think that they will release him sooner or later. I know if I was Has/Tak, I wouldn't want to release every fan favorite off the bat. Gotta give us something to look forward to down the line. Give it time. He'll be out.

I feel the same. With Generations being considered an ongoing line by hasbro and not just a filler, chances are a lot of good characters will get revisited.
