BotCon Rattrap Officially Announced?

Images of a repainted Transfromers Cybertron Ransack have been making the rounds around the internet. It was believed that this figure was part of this years Botcon exclusive set and the figure's name was Rattrap. Then last week boxart with the same figure was revealed. Now official images of the figure are out. Botcon.com has posted official images of the figure. However here is what the site says about the figure:
"Here is the ALMOST very first look at CHEETOR in his pre-beast form the 2006 BotCon Figure Set! His color scheme is based on the TV Series Rattrap."
Notice how they call the figure Cheetor although a Cheetor figure was already shown and the previous figure (along with this one appears in the boxart. Chances are a mistake was made calling this figure Cheetor (It is likely Rattrap).
