Seibertron member Danicus Transfan has passed along word that Hobby Link Japan has updated their website with new information on the status of the BWR-01 Optimus Primal/Megatron 2 Pack. As you can see from its pre-order page here, the set has been "discontinued."

Now, this can mean several different things. Perhaps they have run out of stock. Perhaps it was intended to be a limited release all along. It doesn't make sense for it to be discontinued since it was only released a short while ago.
