Hi, David Thank you very much for your great patronage toward e-hobby shop.
We read your email about the mispackage of the Cobalt Sentry toys:"I was just wondering if you knew that the Cobalt Sentry toys are mis-packaged? The Howlback toy (Ravage) has two left missiles rather than one left and one right." We are very sorry to cause you this big trouble. After your email, we immediately discussed this case with the manufacturer, and we are now producing the right parts to replace the defective items as rapidly as possible.
Now we would like you to check the items again and to let us know how many items are defectively installed.

UPDATE: As pointed out by TF@TM eHOBBY have sent out replacemet weapons and will do so for anyone else who has contacted of plans on contacting them about this error. TF@The Moon recived thier replacement weapons and this letter on the 23rd May:
