Images from the latest issue of Figure Oh! magazine have started to make their way around the internet. We already got a look at the most interesting bits last night, the new prototype images of Masterpiece Star Saber. The rest are figures we've seen before with the exception of a new retail campaign Astrotrain Micron. He's a translucent redeco of the Payload Mini-Con packed with Generations Legends Cosmos. He can be obtained by sending 3000 Yen on Transformers: Lost Age products at Toys"R"Us Japan locations in August.

That little Astrotrain looks good but if it comes over to the US through BBTS it'll probably go for $20 and it ain't worth that!

Yup, he'll be part of the Legend Commander Series and will be offered alongside Nemesis Prime and Grimlock. Here's the lineup:

LC01 Convoy (Robot Masters mold)
LC02 Convoy (Beast Wars)(Robot Masters mold)
LC03 Lio Convoy (Robot Masters Mold)
LC04 Optimus Prime (AoE One-Step Changer mold)

Dammit, now I want a minicon Astrotrain. That mold works surprisingly well for him. Get on it Hasbro, along with a Slipstream from the Windblade mold. If someone buys this guy, they have to powerlinx it with the club Astrotrain.

But it's the Targetmaster Payload mold that comes with Generations Cosmos. Those molds aren't Mini-Con molds and can't Powerlinx. The only reason it's labeled as a "Micron" here is because TakaraTomy likes to use that as a catch-all term for tiny Transformers figures that interact with bigger figures.

Even the Nightstick mold that came with Universe Cyclonus has been sold as a "Micron" despite it not being a Mini-Con mold.

Trust me... give me that scorponoc fig and few weeks time a big bag o cash and it will transform, might need some figures as donor like gen. metroplex but i'm totally up for it since my last creation Gen.Fortress Maximus won me Europe's first prize in kitbash It's hard to make a new one before the oktober german contest, i guess this fig will not be available in time, but for 2015 i'd be more than willing to try... if anyone has a big enough wallet, contact me... after the convention it will be shipped to you ofcrs! want 2 see my work? check facebook: gforcecustoms.force or tfw2005.com/radicons cheers!!
