First look at Smash and Change Rhinox Toy from Rise of the Beasts

Well, Rhinox always was the more interesting character. Up until Tigatron. lol

Primal got the blues.

Takara revealed a ton of Rise of the Beasts toys today. Of course, it's the same toys we are getting, but these reveals give us some much needed info. For one, they confirm that we are getting individual releases of the deluxe figures. We did have listings for individual releases but some fans got worried when Hasbro mentioned Target exclusive multipacks including the same figures.

Speaking of exclusives, we have our first look at 3 step Scourge which will be voyager sized, as it is a retool of 3 step Optimus Prime, and that toy will be a Toysrus exclusive in Japan. This is our first look at that figure and it is also our first look at the new 1 step toys we are getting in this line.

The toyline is called Beast Awakening in Japan and the toys are available to order on Amazon Japan and Toysrus Japan.

The deluxe Bee looks a lot better than in Hasbro's photos. The bumper swords are a nice touch.

Hoping to get those lil animal Battlemaster buds, the other stuff's cute and neat but teeny lil animals becoming weapons is even cuter and neater imo!

The playability of this kids-focus line is pretty good! Some even surpass the Deluxe/Studio Series versions in screen accuracy (Bee, Nightbird).

Ok that Airazor looks good, might be nice to see it retooled into a Beast Wars Airazor as it looks even nicer than the Kingdom mold

The beast Targetmasters are uniformly great. Too bad they're bundled into the kids-line figures (which is pretty good tbh, but not for myself) I'd get all of them if they're sold as Core price 2-packs.


And poor Scourge. He got the short end of the design stick, his whole lower-half is OP's.

i am completely obsessed with the new beast mode Target/Battle Masters, getting all of them hands down. it really helps to that the weapon modes are so weirdly good and nicely detailed?
