Henkei Ghost Starscream Video Review

Posted by Blurrz Dec 23, 2009 at 5:03am CST 64,829 views
Our good friend Diablien has posted a video review for the recently released Henkei Ghost Starscream. This video review is not like the others we are used too. Much like the figure it is reviewing, it is a rare gem. Diablien goes over the history of Ghost Starscream, an intricate look at the packaging, the instructions, and comparisons to other uses of the mold. This overview will surely make you drool if you don't have the figure in your collection!

You can check the video out on Youtube or embed in this news post.

Mine arrived TOMORROW, and it's about time!!!

Can't wait, that shipment Ghost SS, Buster Prime, Alternity BB (Peaugh's review MADE me buy it), and the TFC Gears of War 2 set. Merry Christmas to me indeed!

Just how difficult is it to correctly pronounce the word "Henkei"?

Its amazing how much info was crammed into 5 minutes and yet, I see other TF "Reviews" that take a friggin half hour of some guy figuring it out as he goes along.

This was the most professional video review I have ever seen. The only problem I spotted was that he mispronounced Henkei, "Henkai". Though, that's a common mistake.

hahaha you gotta say something negative right? You can pronounce henkei however you want, but I will say it the way I prefer.

That's the best Transformer figure video review I have seen.

That should be the benchmark to which all other video reviews should be modeled after.

It is short, informative, interesting to watch and the animated clips and figure comparisons were a nice touch.

Video reviewers, please take notice. Many viewers do not want to watch 20 minutes of a person transforming a figure. I always end up skipping ahead.

Very true. A lot of reviewers, unfortunately, have a "wing it" approach with no clear direction. I do appreciate any decent review, though, as they always give me another perspective on products.

I wouldn't confuse correction of pronunciation as negativity. Nearly every poster in this thread agrees that it's a good review. The fact of the matter is that there is a certain way to pronounce the word "henkei" correctly and it was noted that it wasn't pronounced that way in the review. It's as simple as that.
