Information about OTFCC Refund Checks Bouncing

Dear OTFCC '04 Consumer,
It has come to our attention that many of the refund checks we disbursed at OTFCC 2004 have been returned to our customers due to insufficient
funds by their banking institutions. Upon further investigation, it was discovered that we had inadvertently written the refunds off of the incorrect
business checking account on our end. We apologize for the troublesome
inconvenience this has caused many of you and of course we will do everything we can to immediately rectify this unfortunate situation.
Please let us know what the original refund was for, plus the banking fees
that have been incurred, and we will reimburse you for the total amount.
We are extremely embarrassed by this mix-up and will work to remedy this
problem as soon as possible.

In one night it's been learned that the exclusive that was supposed to be mailed out two weeks after OTFCC is not even in 3H's hands yet and now this. You've got to believe that 3H is not making many fans lately.
