Swerve's looking great, though the packaging art gives him one too many fingers for his hands. I rarely go for anything smaller than a deluxe, but his size is spot on for his character. Would have liked a My First Blaster for him, along with the Shoomer, but since the accessory mandate for this series is "...with a Targetmaster", Flanker is the next best thing.

Cosmos is nice, but given his appearances in MTMTE, he should have been given a similar treatment to Seaspray, with a larger Voyager-class figure.

I take back most of my earlier criticisms, he looks quite wicked. Love that he had neck articulation.

That would have been awesome, even if they used the same size targetmaster. Hell, it'd look just that much more imposing in vehicle modes.

I don't even have to think about buying these two on sight. They are pulling some amazing engineering out of that smaller commander size.

Looks like I'm triple dipping on Cosmos. Wonder how well the iGear versions gun will fit his hand.

Awesome figure. But too small to go with classics. Too big to go with other legends. He's kind of stuck in the "buy him just because he's cool" category. But I have no idea where to display him. Same thing with Swerve. If he was the size of the Igear version, then we would be replacing him.

Far too lanky looking and the fists are too big, pass from me, sticking with iGears personally.

I like this figure. unlike iGear's, this one deals the the bowed arm better.

And unlike X, I think both Cosmos and Swerve are perfect for Classics. I'll probably repaint the iGear versions at some point as Shattered Glass characters.

all my Classics Minibots are Legends size. I'll be glad to get these two as well.

Swerve looks good, but I still might go with the 3rd party figure with the swappable face.

I love those oversized molded in hands. Least they look a little oversized to me. I'll pick him up for sure. Great alt mode to.

i like this and swerve and they might be the first ones of this size i'll buy! They will probably end up hanging around on metroplex rather than be displayed with my classics (in spite of their size I need a couple of new display cabinets).

Also they might suffer from size envy when they spot powerglide and seaspray.

The Autobot Micromaster combiner, Blast Master. He formed the back-half of the shuttle mode.

Now that I think about it, turning old Micromasters into these little Targetmaster buddies is actually a pretty neat idea. Half-hoping the listings we uncovered before (there was a Thundercracker and a Gears in there, if my memeory is correct) is true, and we get more Legends figures.

Oh that's pretty cool. But why did they use the name payload? doing a tfwiki search did not help at all. Payload seems to be a bunch of different characters in different continuities. Also how is he related to Cosmos? Both spaceships?

Probably because Hasbro lost the trademark of "Blast Master", and, uninterested in the marketability of the aforementioned name, just slapped "Payload" on him, since that name appears more frequently and generally sounds cooler than Blast Master.

Pretty much, yeah.
