The Movie Reporter has reported on their site that the job as effects house for the Transformers movie has landed with Special Effects company KNB EFX Group. KNB is part of Wolfman Productions, and have previously done effects for various movies like Kill Bill, Pirates of the Caribbean, Minority Report and Men in Black.

This news has not officially been confirmed yet as the following statement was included in the article by The Movie Reporter.

"When we ran into Greg Nicotero from KNB and we asked if he could confirm his involvement on the Transformers but he said that he could not comment because he had just signed 15 NDA's. When asked again if he was working on robots he said “yeah sure but that is all I can say”"
