New Energon Cartoon Info - Voice Actors, DVD's and Error Explanation

The folks at the 2005 Boards have posted new information regarding the Energon cartoon.

To begin, they have stated the voice actors who have done previous characters on the show, in addition to who will be voicing the new characters that will be appearing in upcoming episodes. Scott McNeil, who voices Jetfire and Strongarm, will also be performing the voice of Omega Supreme. Ron Halder, who voices Dr. Jones, also performed the voice of Padlock (Wing-Dagger's friend) in "Shockblast: Rampage". Arcee is being voiced by Sharon Alexander (Reboot). Joining the cast are Ty Olsson (Battlestar Galactica, X-2, Walking Tall) as Downshift, Doron Bell Jr (Scooby Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed, Scary Movie 3) as Cliffjumper and French Tickner (Inuyasha) as Bulkhead.

They have also posted new info about the recently announced DVD's:

"I haven't got a clue which episodes they'll choose, nor do I know why they would be out of order since they were recorded in sequence."

Finally, they have posted an explanation to the Downshift/Cliffjumper name swapping error:

"Yes, Downshift & Cliffjumper were mixed up for the first five episodes thay appeared in (epi 29-33). Unfortunately, the shows air so quickly after their completion dates that there is no time for edits. But if any of these episodes are chosen for the DVD, they should be fixed, since we have recorded new lines for all of it."
