Eh, it's not black. The red and blue are just very, very, VERY greyish and muted.

I'm really on the fence with guy. Initially I pre-ordered him, but ended up canceling the day before he arrived at BBTS. On one hand I don't need anymore versions of that mold, especially one that is this expensive. I already passed on the black repaint and haven't had any regrets. On the other hand this is part of the 2010 promotion and is a limited run. It also represents a an important (and traumatic ) moment from my childhood. I'm trying to hold off until a possible clearance sale, the black version has already gone on clearance, but the fact that it's a limited production worries me a little.
