Seibertron.com has just received official high resolution images of the new Tranformers Mighty Muggs courtesy of Hunter PR. Included are in and out of packages of Megatron, Optimus Prime, Bumblebee and Soundwave.
They're kind of an urban type of toy figure. They aren't Muggs, they are simply plastic figures that well..look kinda the same. They started Mighty Muggs with the Star Wars Universe, than branched off into Marvel, and now into Transformers. Their goal is to make Mighty Muggs for all of the Hasbro's boy toys.
Prime, Megs, even Soundwave looks cool. Bumblebee.. wait.. he doesn't even have a gun!
That Mighty Megs had better have a hole on the side of his arm for that fusion cannon. All fail if he just holds it like a gun.
Still not sold on the whole Mighty Mugs line as it is. Had they any household function I might consider. Salt and Pepper shakers? Liquid soap dispensers? Twist the heads off for a handy hidden compartment for storing whatnots?
And Tekka, soap dish Skywarp? I haven't even seen that and already it's a head up above the Muggs.
why is it we can get great transformers with bad paint and useless lumps of plastic with great transformer themed paint but we cant have great toys with great paint?
