Chara-Net has posted some new images of Takara's new upcoming United figures and MP-11 Coronation Starscream. It's a bit of a mixed bag of mock-ups and actual product images. The actual product images also provide a glimpse of the United Wind Charger and Decepticon Wipe Out set in package and the box for MP-11. We've mirrored the images below.

That Rodimus looks quite appealing, I may finally replace Classics Rodimus as Hot Rod on my shelf.

Well, Axalon was the name of the Maximals ship and a one of the Omega ships from Animated. It only makes sense that this is an Autobot.

Hot Rod looks pretty good, and I'd get Axalon for his name alone. I never got the 10th aniversary Beast Wars Optimus Primal and Megatron, and the Megatron doesn't look half bad in a deep purple.

Too bad all of these are going to be out of my price range.

Looks like I'm keeping my preorders for g2 megs, windcharger and wipeout, axalon, but dropping the arc unicron. Doesn't look any different. Rodimus looks good but I already have to many versions of that mold.

Glad I pre-ordered The Windy set and the G2 Megs, who will become Archforce in my collection :)

I'm definitely on the fence about Axalon tho', hopefully some clearer photos will come out in due course. Windy doesn't look any different from his RTS release. I feel sorry for people who weren't able to get him, with TT figs as expensive as they are these days, you'll still end up paying the current eBay value, but from a retailer.

I only own the RTS Hot Rod a am quite tempted by the new one.......

WOAH!! I've only just noticed those massive bits of wing/body blending hanging off the bottom of MP-11's wings. That looks crap! At least with the original MasterPiece Starscream the kibble looked like it might be useful for flying in robot mode.

I'd like Windcharger, but only Windcharger, and I simply can't justify spending voyager money on a single scout. May have to get Thunderwing as he's looking quite vibrant. Unsure about Warpath. The rest are easy passes.

On closer inspection, U-W'Charger has an Autobot insignia where his RTS counterpart had (quite obviously!) a rub-sign. I can't see any other obvious deco difference between the two than that.

I still find it pretty hilarious that the new starscream is the origional concept mold from when mp screamers was first announced and shown, with the parts he was always supposed to have.

as for the rest, nothing special here to realy write home about imho, cept for windcharger

So the only difference between the Takara Warpath and Hasbro Warpath is Takara makes the missile launchers on his shoulders red and removes the best part about his alt mode, the "K4-90w" and "Z0W-333" decals?

Looks like it. I can't imagine those would make much sense to the Japanese fans, I'm not sure how he was portrayed in thier G1 dub?

I still don't understand why they chose Sharkticon for the Axalon, since Sharkticon was designed to resemble the Nemesis. :???:

Hot Rod: So another slightly different Hot Rod. Still like the Chrome on the Henkei version better. At least this one has translucent windows unlike Hasbro's version.

Warpath: Meh, not enough of a difference there.

Unicron: Seems the yellow is a little darker ... dirtier if you will. Definitely don't need another Deluxe Unicron as much as I like the mold there's just not enough of a difference there.

Megatron: I'll call you Universe Reverse Convoy.

MP Starscream: Every body complained about the hip kibble, and now that its not there anymore, people complain about it not being there? Seriously there's just no pleasing some people.

Not sure this edition was necessary, but it looks pretty nice. Maybe we'll get official coneheads from the updated mold now.

Beastwars Megs and Primal: Never picked up the 10th anniversary editions, though i do own the Primal repaint for Cybertron and its an awesome mold, so may just get these. Particularly Megatron looks awesome. Though the enema gimmick is still as disturbing as ever.

Guys, it's not Hot Rod/Rodimus, it's Rodimus Convoy/Prime. Look at that color scheme. The chest flames are clearly based on those from the G1 Rodimus Prime toy, and the side flames of the car mode heavily the flames adorning the sides of Rodimus Prime's trailer.

^ I wonder if that's still just a mockup. Seems strange that they would leave out so much paint detail on the shins and hip armor. Still manages to look better than the recent Hasbro one though. However I won't be getting this one since it'll be too expensive and I already have both Hasbro ones.

MP-11 - Wow, actual toy pics already? That was fast. It does look good but I've gone over my reasons for not wanting this in the other thread. At least it's not $200. IF I didn't already have MP-03 I would buy it.

Axalon - Maaaan, he looks col and I wanted a version of this mold, but not as an Autobot. The Botcon Sharkticon still eludes me... pass on this one.

Ark Unicron - No thanks. I can get the Cybertron original for cheaper on eBay.

Windcharger/Wipeout - I don't understand why Takara insists on releasing scouts in 2-packs. Especially since they're the same mold. Whatever, I already have Windcharger so I'm not interested.

The rest, I either have the Hasbro versions or I'm not interested (Beasts). Thanks Takara, money saved!

I actually kind of want the Axalon figure. Too bad it'll probably be really expensive.

Definitely getting MP Starscream. I like this one way better than the other(s). Definitely like the way they did the cape- molded instead of the fabric. And thank you Takara for getting rid of the hip kibble. Now he really does look like Starscream :APPLAUSE:

Everything else is an easy PASS. Deluxe Unicron? Now that's a  ! I already have like a dozen "variant" Hot rods (or whatever they are trying to call him), so don't need another. Warpath, got one already and this one is not much of a difference. Tank Megs- ooowwww my eyes. Axalon- don't care for the mold. Beast Wars Megs- if he would have been a voyager class, I would have preordered,,,,,,,

That's my point. Seeing a maximal symbol would have rocked on that figure.

I'll pick up Hot Rod, the Windcharger 2-pack, Unicron, & maybe MP-11A.

Coronation Starscream, huh? Interesting, but no. Quit it with the rehashing of MP's and bring new characters like Galvatron!

United Rodimus Convoy I'm iffy about. I want the Henkei more, and I already have the RtS one cast as my Universe 2003 Matrix Templar (where's my Night Slash Cheetor, dammit?!), which leaves the Classicverse spot empty. Decisions, decisions... >:oP Thunder Megatron is a step up from his Classics release, deco-wise. If only United Laser Prime and him had the G2 symbols, that would have sent things over the egde. Beast Megatron is really purple, a bit too much purple. Maybe that was done to match up with his Telemocha/BW 10th Anniversary release...

The rest are all passes, nothing to say about them.

Just got a good look at that back kibble on Axalon. Decided to pass. Love the Sharkticon mode and the new paint scheme, but bot mode could have been better.

Will be getting Hot Rod, though. I like his design a lot better than MP-9, and while pretty much out of scale with MP-10, he still look good enough around the other deluxe figs. BTW, this will be my first ever Hot Rod fig.

As for MP-11, I'm not sure he's different enough for me to buy him. I already have the first version of MP Screamer [Takara, G1 colors]. The hip kibble's gone, and the face looks different, but he's more of a retool than a remold. Not sure if I like the coronation kit enough to buy this. In any case, the kip kibble doesn't bother me that much--in fact, I don't really have a problem with it.

I dunno, I'll have to see how much it'll cost before making my mind. One thing for sure, though; I'll definitely be buying Thundercracker and Skywarp if they do get made in the future. Actually, it'd be pretty cool if I had these two with V1 Starscream. The hip kibble and slight differences helps to set him apart as commander of the Seekers...with hip kibble that the designer said were meant to look like Samurai swords (???)

What is up with Takara making a black repaint of Windcharger? There is only one obvious choice for a repaint - Tailgate.

But maybe it's meant to homage the Axalon from Armada, which was an Autobotship, however, the colours don't really match up.

I'm interested in the Afro-American Windcharger and the Unicron seeing as I still don't have a version of that mold. Maybe even the Megatrons.

Was getting rid of the hip kibble really worth losing ankle articulation on MP Starscream? A MP figure without ankle articulation is a fail in my book.

Hot Rod is almost a buy except that the canopy is alot darker red than the rest of the body. I'll get Axalon just cause I like it for some reason LOL. Rest of United is very disappointing... MP Screamer shall be mine! Again!

*copy and paste*
1, No hip kibble piece hanging off this time.
2, No neck kibble piece hanging this time.
3, The feet now has 3 supports: front flap, thruster, and rear flap. That should by more stable.
4, MP11 will be in "gray" just like G1 toy and cartoon, not white like MP3 US Version.
5, The arm of MP11 is a lot nicer than MP3. MP11 upper arm and lower arm are slender and even up while MP3 arm are fat and uneven.
6, MP11 null ray gun is a lot better design than MP3.
7, New face
8, Beautiful cape and crown
9, MP11 is sssslightly taller than MP3.

It shall be mine!

Windcharger
Thunderwing
Warpath

Windcharger: lack of rubsign
Thunderwing: the purple is lighter and the green has a lighter grayish tint to it
Warpath: red is brighter, some grey plastic has been switched out for red, and his trademark "Kap-ow!" and "Zow-eee" have been omitted.
