Anyway just getting HA barricade from this wave, the only question is whether I am getting the takara or hasbro one.

There is not a bad figure in the entire group. That movie-ized version of Lockdown is AWESOME! PLEASE PLEASE tell me these are going to be released in the US...I still don't have a full time job and as such have no money whatsoever...can't afford more than 2 or 3 imports a year.

HOLY SHIT THAT LOCKDOWN IS SICK!!!!!! mindwipe looks alot like cybertron soundwave in alt mode! so getting both of those!

brawn seems to have a RID/car robots feel to him w/ those legs

Definitely want to get Barricade!!! Scattershot and Brawn look awesome as well.

kudos to hasbro's marketing peeps on making these look soo cool - pity they mostly never turn out to be so nice in person - i'm wondering if they're hand painted before being photographed or if it's all done in pshop...

barricade looks nice - this human alliance concept kinda reminds me of the original toys' origins where the pre tf japanese releases had little pilots it's kinda like they've come full circle

Lockdown is almost cool enough to buy. Vehicle mode looks great but it loses me on the bot mode, but then, I'm not a movie-line kinda guy. I'm happy for everyone who can dig it though. Mindwipe looks pretty cool too.

OMG! ALL WIN except for Dlx Ratchet- where's the need?

Movie Lockdown is amazing. EDIT- his right arm appears ot be transformed wrong, doesn't seem to be up all the way like the left one. Those little Scouts look great. The new jets, awesome. HA Barricade looks great, man I hope they make HA Ironhide w/ Lennox. Hell, they could include Simmons' mom and I'll still buy it.

Holy crap! Aside from HA Barricade those are ALL must-buys for me.

Deluxe Ratchet seems kind of pointless at first, but I think it might look better in movie displays because the scale is closer to the others. I think Voyager Ratchet is too big to display next to the Deluxe cars.

Out of all of them, though, I think Brawn might be my favorite. His alt mode is cool, but his bot mode is one of the most bad-ass bot modes I've ever seen. He'll look awesome next to "Samurai" Bludgeon.

They are all very good. But whit short of money and space i will only get Human Alliance Barricade witch is awesome, i can't wait to see Human Alliance Mudflap and probably others in this line. Please Human Alliance Ironhide in scale whit the others

These look great. Cant wait to see Mindwipe and Brawn in more realistic detail.

All of them look fantastic. I really want to see the combined Skystalker and Mindwipe. I love that Barricade actually has the weed whacker of doom.

I'm actually a bit disappointed in Barricade. His right arm is all gimpy because it's folded up to hold Frenzy. I'm wondering what it looks like normally (if it even HAS a normal mode).

I WANT THEM ALL! except for ratchet and lockdown. i might get ratchet to make the ratchet i have now more movie accurate.

I'll probably get them all aside from for Scattorshot and Brawn. I wonder if Mindwipe would fit in with my Classics?

Brawn and Mindwipe are actually very cool. Maybe I need a small shelf for a few of these secondary movie figures. I like them more than the actual characters.

I'm pretty sure it was mentioned at BotCon that at the minimum, they combine in vehicle mode, and you can kind of see the docking points of the flat spot to the rear of Mindwipe's vehicle mode.

Skystalker can plug on top of Midewipe using the 2 holes on the top of Midewipe's Alt mode. And after a bit of Photoshop magic it should look something like this

Mindwipe and Brawn turned out really nice, as did HA Barricade. It's also very cool that Skystalker combines with Mindwipe, gives me reason to get him now.

There's also mention that, much like in the Animated continuity, Lockdown's engine-block weapon can be mounted to the new Deluxe Ratchet. At the Comic-Con panel, they spoke about trying to get greater interactivity between particular pairs of figures, such as Ratchet/Lockdown, Jungle Ironhide/Bludgeon, and Mindwipe/Skystalker...

All to get you to buy more toys, obviously.

I dont see these being in stores for a while the voyagers and shelfwarming prolly for ever..

All of these have been added to the VSD and to the Toy Sightings section.

All of those look great. Barricade looks a little to thin but still looks good. Well it looks like my wallet is going to remain empty.

It's not a repaint, it's a whole new mold of Lockdown done up in movie style. He must be a favorite of some people, since he seems to be a common subject for new versions.

Wow, HasTak seems to have saved the best for last! On top of the other upcoming figures, these ones look great!

I wasn't going to get Mindwipe since he's not a G1 homage (that I know of), but he is just way too cool to pass up. Kind of reminds me of Cybertron Sideways/GF Noisemaze, which is one of my favorite TFs from that line.

Brawn and Scattorshot are must-haves too, even if the latter looks just a little too evil.

Ratchet is a maybe. I already have the Voyager (green & G1 repaint), so this one will have to be really good in final toy pics to make me want it. Plus, since it's green it doesn't fit in with my homages.

Mindwipe, not sure. Can't see the pic, and all google results show the SDCC pic, which isn't good enough to see well.

The rest I'll pass on, simply because I'm not really interested in the characters.

Barricade looks great !!! I buy the human alliance figures strictly for the detail. I cant stand the "human" part because the chairs mounted on their shoulders and arms kill the movie accuracy these figures otherwise have. And with Frenzy being added to the list of "humans", I see they are running low on characters. I dont mind giving the Sector 7 guy a sopt with Mudflap, but please go not give Sam's dorm roomate or his parents a spot in this line...

I love the 2 planes...They look great !!! I dont see a point in combinding them though. Why stack up 2 planes ??? In combat what purpose would this serve ??? Brawn's head looks just plain dumb !!! And as nice as Ratchet looks, why downsize from a voyager to a deluxe ???

As more new figures are announced, I am noticing that the figures are all starting to look very similar. The movie line has has been referencing more G1 figures (Bludgeon, Brawn), blurring the lines between Classics/Universe and movie figures. With the new Lockdown figure, they are crossing over Animated and Movie.

Could we be seeing a streamlining effect taking place in Hasbro?

Skystalker makes for a cute scout figure, for the price I'll pick him up.

ROTF Lockdown makes for just a better looking Animated Lockdown. I like how the mold and paint were done and I'm definitely hunting for this guy!

I think it's one of the best Animated figures. I bought the regular version and the Stealth version. I also ordered the Space Pirate sticker set for the regular version from Reprolabels (expecting it any day now), and this Movie version is a must-buy for me.

I'm loving all of these designs except for HA Barricade, which looks a bit stumpy in alt mode and the legs and torso aren't doing it for me in bot mode. The torso is just the front section of the car in one solid chunk. If it had movable sections like HA BB to give the look of a reconfigured hood, it would look better to me. I like the arms, though. The legs look off but it could be an issue with messed up perspective so I'd like to see non-manipulated photos before making a more solid judgment.

Mindwipe and Skystalker look cool. I love Mindwipe's alt mode(flying wings are great!) and the bot mode looks nice and angular. I'd like to have them displayed right by BB & Starscream.

I'm a big fan of Lockdown and I love the RotF version but its hook arm looks like it's missing its shoulder.

Scattorshot and Brawn look great, I definitely want to buy them.

Deluxe Ratchet looks better than I first thought it would.

I forgot to mention in my last post, Lockdown looks the worst of all with his "no neck" head sculpt. I own under 10 animated figures, mostly G1 homages to personal favorites. I must say this is the last character I wanted to see become the merger for the movie and animated series.

I think I like the looks of all of these, and I like that Mindwipe and Skystalker combine, like Dreadwing, or maybe more properly like... what was the name... it was the one big big bomber, and then a small fighter plane that docked with it?

It is just me, or does Brawn just look RIGHT somehow, like "Yes, that is how movieverse Brawn SHOULD look, in both modes"?

We'll apart from Ratchet and Scattershot, totally agree with the misappropriation of the Decepticon jets. I smell some (fan) repaints...

Those are all epic win!! Except for Ratchet. He's not accurate enough, and a deluxe size seems pointless when we have on in proportion already. Barricade is somewhat disappointing in robot mode, but I might get him just for the car. All the others will definitely be mine though

Scattorshots head is just ugly but apart from that there's nothing else I can see that I don't like.

All beautiful figures, so far this N.E.S.T subline is looking the best yet
will be getting all of them and hopefully a few repainted versions as these molds look so awesome
fav so far MindWipe and LockDown

loved MindWipe in G1 and this movie version is so G1 inspired, plus the wing markings scream koolness

wonder if theres any other new figures there still keepin secret at this point

True, but only when compared with Bumblebee, Barricade, Sideswipe, Sideways, Jolt and Scorponok (they are the ones in scale with Ironhide and Leader Optimus Prime). Voyager Ratchet is in scale with Jazz, Mudflap and Skids. Best way you can tell is when you place Bumblbee alongside Jazz...Jazz is too big for him!

Hey, there's a thought, how about for another Decepticon they do a Human Alliance Scorponok? I know everyone says Sideways and he's the obvious choice, but I think Scorponok would be a really interesting and unique figure. They could make the transformation more advanced, of course, but instead, they could do away with a transformer and make all of his innards and gears and things inside his body really detailed and give his limbs and tail some great articulation (just an idea).
