I must still protest this. There are very few instances where this has proven to be true, and most of them come from Canada or a major city where a TFW guy takes pictures for sightings. There may be proof, but for 90%+ of us, it is no where close to being true

There's no new tooling to Lunar force Prime Strong, it's just different plastic and paint colours.
However it does appear that the Optimus that comes as part of PrimeLock is either a retool or new mold, consider the different combined mode; head, shoulders & waist-plate.
