I called PayPal again today to find out what the delay is with enabling my account to send refunds. The woman I spoke with apologized for the delay on PayPal´s behalf and forwarded my message to the department that handles situations like SEIBERTRON´s. I asked her if she had an estimated time frame for when this would be completed and she wouldn´t give me a specific time frame. However, she did say that the message she sent was on an escalated list which she said means it has a HIGH priority over other situations PayPal is currently dealing with. I will see if I can´t find out additional information sometime tomorrow. Otherwise, it won´t be until 9/5 that anything further can be handled regarding the store.
