Toxitron did? I was able to pre-order him. He isn't in stores yet because the product line hasn't been released.
I had Galaxy Shuttle Pre-Ordered. Walmart printed a shipping label, but the tracking never changed from "Pre shipment unfo sent to FedEx" as a FedEx employee I am 99% confidant in saying "we never received that package from Walmart." They printed the label and then never shipped my item. Unfortunately I had other things happening in my life and I didnt follow up on this in time. All I got was a refund and a $25 coupon for a figure that is being scalped at twice at least.
Sadly with the nature of these Exclusives Hasbro is not in control of the distribution. It's 100% on Walmart once the container leaves Hasbro's main warehouse, and I would not be surprised if Hasbro doesn't just ship that stuff straight to Walmart Main Distribution Center from the Port of LA or Vancouver or wherever these come in through, and washes their hands 9f responsibility entirely.
All I wanted was an answer. They produce it, just point me in the right direction. Plus after not seeing much on any aftermarket websites for a ton of money, it got me thinking. So I guess walmarts to blame. Or Hasbro for not delivering. Who knows. I just had my hopes up for some Walmart exclusives. Heck, I never saw wave 2 of velocitron.
