Thanks to a listing on ebay, we have a potential first look at a figure likely intended for the Walmart exclusive Toxitron Collection. This line features characters in decos intended for their original toys, to be released in the G2 line of the 1990s. We can see Mirage here in his unreleased watermelon bubblegum pink and green G2 deco.

This figure appears to use the Kingdom Mirage mold, with alligator logos on the spoiler, and a G2 Autobot logo on the front of the vehicle mode. Whether this is a yet to be revealed figure, or will show up with no announcement or reveal from Hasbro or Walmart (similar to Crasher and G2 Dragstrip) is still to be seen.

I hope distribution is better with him than toxitron. I contacted hasbro customer service about him today. They are not accepting questions about that figure. Come on! Galaxy shuttle never showed up at retail. Or on the Walmart website. Nor the app. Toxitron never showed up.

In general, I am in favor of these unreleased decos on molds that fit my collection asthetic. It gives us more unique repaint options and allows existing redecos from old molds or Retool a chance at staying power (example being the variety of Seekers we have gotten since Siege or different redecos of the two Mirage molds having more distinctiveness).

This though is just Bugly as heck. This probably should have stayed on the cutting room floor

Toxitron did? I was able to pre-order him. He isn't in stores yet because the product line hasn't been released.

I had Galaxy Shuttle Pre-Ordered. Walmart printed a shipping label, but the tracking never changed from "Pre shipment unfo sent to FedEx" as a FedEx employee I am 99% confidant in saying "we never received that package from Walmart." They printed the label and then never shipped my item. Unfortunately I had other things happening in my life and I didnt follow up on this in time. All I got was a refund and a $25 coupon for a figure that is being scalped at twice at least.

Sadly with the nature of these Exclusives Hasbro is not in control of the distribution. It's 100% on Walmart once the container leaves Hasbro's main warehouse, and I would not be surprised if Hasbro doesn't just ship that stuff straight to Walmart Main Distribution Center from the Port of LA or Vancouver or wherever these come in through, and washes their hands 9f responsibility entirely.

As much as I hate the f1 car mode (but not as much as dragstrip) Really nice but will def need repro labels to give it the Croc look and in the right places. Dunno why they put the detailing on the spoiler.

I like these smoothie Transformers a lot. Hope to get Toxitron at some point for a not 80 euro's price. It's a fun/good mold already have Scourge (what a beast).

I hope they make more of these eyesore deco's. Hell, repaint a few more into the G1 Euro Exclusive Neon-Robots-Certainly-Not-In-Disguise decos.

All the Titans Return transformers and from there onward are great toys and in my opinion can always be repainted to sillyness

That was a misconception that lasted a few days because someone threw Wildrider's name into the mix and then realized later that they mixed up the names of the Stunticons. According to JTPrime posts, the Deluxe lineup has not changed from the original listings (Jazz, Mirage, Sideswipe, Dead End, Shadowstrip PR).

I fully expect this. Walmart has screwed up the short packed bots in every single 5 deluxe exclusive wave so far. Decepticon Mirage and Scrapface, Elita-1 and VW Bee, Cosmos and Shadowstrip.

In all cases the most desirable were shortpacked.

...well I certainly wasn't expecting 2 Jazz's, that came out of left field. No one seems to know where this picture came from, but considering it includes the packaging and seemingly-legit stock photos of the figures that have already had in-hand pics I guess it's legit? Unfortunate for anyone banking on that Shadowstrip repack though.

So back when this year's whole retail line-up became known from store listings, there was a listing for a Deluxe "ROBO WLD RDR". We don't know if that's G2 Wildrider using a new name like Shadowstrip, or if that's RiD X-Brawn and they're using his Car Robots name Wildride in the store listing to not get retailers confused by releasing a character named Brawn and a character named X-Brawn within months of each other. I personally think it's that second one, since Velocitron Scourge was labeled in listings as Black Convoy rather than Scourge, and considering we now know Shadow Striker is a Side-Burn pretool, putting out an X-Brawn to go with them would make sense. However, we also currently don't know how or if that listing is actually going to be released, since we've got all four waves accounted for already for the year (unless my personal theory that there's a Wave 5 turns out to be true), so right now it's probably easiest to just operate under the assumption that the only G2 Stunticons happening for certain are the already-released Shadowstrip and the currently-leaked Dead End, and then be pleasantly surprised if Wildrider also turns up.

The only reason Wildrider was ever mentioned in regards to the Toxitron capsule specifically was because someone got their hands on Dead End but mixed up which Stunticon is which, and thusly confused everyone by saying they had Toxitron capsule "Wildrider" in-hand.

Cool Thanks for the Explanation. Although if we are getting two different Jazz' in the same line, then there should be no reservations about Wild Ride/(ers).

I'd love it if they just went full meta and finally released a CW G2 Defensor in this line. You can have Deluxe Groove as a limb, And legends Groove (aka Groove Jr.) As the chest plate. :PRAY:

We have some nice new official images for the upcoming "G2" Legacy Subline, thanks to eBay member rubyemeralite. Below you will see:

G2 Universe Dead End
G2 Universe Mirage
G2 Universe Sideswipe
G2 Universe Laser Cycle

All of those are decos of toys that were meant to come out in the 90s but were instead cancelled. They go with the deluxe Jazz and leader Toxitron that we previously saw. These will all be exclusive to Walmart.

I understand, if money is no concern, why someone would pay top dollar to have an item before others. However, I've never understood paying a crazy amount for a pre-order that will likely ship not long before (or at the same time) that most other people will be getting them anyway.

Still a cool source for the pics. Just never understood 3rd party pre-orders on eBay for astronomical prices.

Ah, I kept thinking that happened but my brain kept going back to Elite Turbo Master which predated the sub group.

But you know, if they're going to go so far away from the original G2 prototype, going from a male Jazz to a female "Lasercycle" they should have just taken it a step further and gone G2 Decepticon. Leave the figure as is and just call it G2 Ransack. Sure, we already have a G2 Ransack, but we already have most of this line as G2 figures. This'll likely be my headcanon.

Not feeling the lazer cycle, I'd rather have a black version to complete the duo.

But that's the point. These specific auctions are for a pre-orders that won't ship for a couple of months, so they won't be *first* to get them. The toy reviewers that do that know where to go, and it isn't eBay. These auctions will ship around the same time as the items normal release.

I read some of the sellers negative feedback, from customers who didn't read all the details, thinking these items were shipping right away, when they aren't.

With that Laser Cycle that means we're getting two versions of Jazz in one wave and that is interesting. Just a bunch of crazy color characters and I'm very down for getting them.

Man, I am so down for these!

Laser cycle AKA Lady Jazz looks really good, and may be my favorite of the bunch. I just love her colors! They made her look really nice! Now we need a Road Pig retool from another cycle so we can get Soundwave.

Sideswipe has such obnoxious colors, and I love it. Why they used the Red Alert head, I don't know, but those colors RULE!

Mirage continues to look wonderful, I love the watermelon colors!

Dead End looks good, super glad I decided to go purely for G2 Stunticons!

All in all, this subline is tickling my fancy so hard. I love G2, and it's great to see more stuff like this happening.

What's odd to me is that they used the Sideswipe head on the box art, but not the actual toy.

There is another reason to pay those high prices, these are walmart exclusives, their track record is dogshit and there are some places in the world that never got the previous ones. So preordering this guarantees you don't have to hunt for it in vain, or simply get it at all.

People have been burnt too many times by exclusives and these e-bay sellers take advantage of that.

I'm hoping to just find them! I wanted toxitron but never saw him or a website that had him in stock. Walmart failed the velocotron wave 2. So I'm crossing my fingers for these guys - minus bike. I know arcee had waist issues and no recolor or remold fixed it yet.
