I hear ya dude. I had finally managed to convince myself that Jetwing Prime was a waste of money because it didn't have Chrome, and not only did Takara show pics of that awesome Leader Prime figure with the shield, but now they're offering a true Nemesis Prime repaint for Movie Prime...WITH that awesome jetpack covered in sexy chrome. My...poor...wallet...

so striker optimus prime is 99 bucks but jetwing is 200 bucks? that means the jet pack alone is another hundred bucks......you really think im gonna pay another hundred bucks just for the jetpack?

I doubt he'll be a separate character. This seems like it's Takara's version of the 1st movie's Night Watch Prime (who was just a repaint, not a different character). I've just preordered this guy because that color scheme is beyond sexy, and I'm a Black Convoy fanboy. He'll definitely look awesome with that evil looking red eyed Bumblebee.

Its an Autobot ... The alt-mode pics show an unchanged red molded Autobot insignia on his grill.
