Rumor: Transformers Prime "Beast Hunters" Voyager Shockwave and Ultra Magnus Listings Found

New Transformers Prime "Beast Hunters" Voyager listings found? That's what the latest rumor making it's way around the internet would have us to believe. These listings are said to have come from Wal-Mart's computer system, and appear to reveal three previously unknown upcoming Voyager Class figures.

The first two listings seem to match up with Voyager Wave 1, Optimus Prime and Predaking.

TRA PRM BST OP - Optimus Prime, pretty straight forward.

TRA PRM BST DR - Predaing, the DR likely meaning dragon.

Things get more interesting when we examine the next three listings.

TRA PRM BST SHKW - Shockwave would make sense. He's a popular character, we know he will appear in Season 3 "Beast Hunters", and Hasbro has yet to release him in toy form. Could be a situation similar to the recently revealed "Beast Hunters" Deluxe Smokescreen.

TRA PRM BST UM - Ultra Magnus also seems likely. He's already received two figures in the previous "Robots in Disguise" line, he's currently appearing in the Transformers Prime: Rage of the Dinobots miniseries which leads into Season 3, we already know he's going to get a Weaponizer class figure in the "Beast Hunters" line. The question being would this figure be a new mold, or a spiky retool of his existing Voyager Class figure.

TRA PRM KNT TL - ?, speculate away on this one.

Keep in mind Toy Fair is less than a month away, so we won't have to wait too long to see if these listing are accurate.

BST is probably the abbreviation used for the Beast Hunters line, which makes KNT all the more interesting. Can't be Cyberverse, as that would be CYB, so I'm leaning more towards Kre-O. With that, TL gives a match: Trailcutter vs. Grimwing.

Hmmm, I really hope this means we will in fact be getting a TF Prime Shockwave!

When exactly is Toy Fair?

The TF facebook page hinted at some surprising reveals related to TFP Beast Hunters. I guess we'll find out soon enough!

I'm not. I'd much rather collect them ahead of that Weaponizer crap.

Cyberverse do what Transformers are suppose to do. Transform. And they look good in both modes and don't have any sacrifices made because of some stupid gimmick.

I have heard stray talk of a weaponizer UM, so who knows? My question is, Why is he getting 4 toys in the same universe? Especially since before all this hes been getting very little attention. His Prid toy, like Beast OP has fake bits...

Does all this add up to them being in the show? I hope so.

Hm, I'd say it's less of a sacrifice and more of a limitation due to size. Though I wouldn't mind seeing more elbows, haha.

I certainly hope this rumour is true and accurate. The only possible reason why I wouldn't buy all of these voyagers is if any of the leader figures were superior.

On that note, has it been confirmed whether or not the Beast Hunter leader figures will even retain the Weaponizer gimmick? With the inclusion of firing projectiles on both the deluxe and voyager figures, maybe we've seen the back of the RiD gimmicks.

I'm not going to get even remotely excited about KNT TL. Any listing that obscure always turns out to be a major letdown.

Weaponizers are a size class and a gimmick. Not just a gimmick like Powerizers. Leaders and Weaponizers are two different things.

We don't have any confirmed leaders. We have three Weaponizers.

If there's just one BH figure I HAVE to get, this might be the one.

I hope he retains his G1-esque look from the CGI scenes we've seen so far, and not too "beast-ified." At the very least, I hope he has removable armor like Smokescreen so you can choose to display him without his BH-armor.

Yup.

But he does look pretty good, at least in principal. Obviously the toy releases have been lacking in (or devoid of) paint, but I'd imagine the actual model will be gloriously colored!
