Since the Bumblebee movie is on the horizon, you can guess that there would be a lot of merchandise and exclusives. For Bumblebee, we have the Greatest Hits, a subline exclusive to Target stores. There are only two known exclusives, Soundwave with Doombox and the Bumblebee Cassette Pack (Howlback, Frenzy, Buzzsaw, Bumblebee). Well there are finally stock photos of these guys!

Soundwave comes from a listing from sponsor Robot Kingdom and Japanese website Red Mercury. The Bumblebee Cassette Pack also comes from Red Mercury. The Robot Kingdom listing gives us a date of September 28th so we should not expect to see these items before then at Target.

While these stock photo's are a bit blurry, they show us off their box and the figure, but Soundwave's base mode cannot be seen from these photos. It also for some reason shows the base connectors separate from the actual figure, despite them being permanently attached.

I'm looking forward to these sets. I missed the Titans Return Leader Soundwave, and I've been holding off on getting Rumble to see if they were going to make Frenzy. Now I just gotta hope these guys are gonna be decently priced because... I really don't need a one-step changer, but I'm willing to pay like $30 for three legends class figures. I do sorta wish they had done a separate set for the cassettes themselves, and not included a one-step changer and also maybe did a retool to turn the Laserbeak/Buzzsaw mold into a Ratbat maybe, but I'm fine with it as is

Those connectors come off very easily and go back on, not permanent by a long shot.

I can't wait for Rumble to get his buddy to hang out with.

Yess, Rumble!

I've been waiting for him to be made, but they didn't in Titans Return. But now I finally get my Rumble!
The classics was okay but had a lot of kibble. This Titans Return mold is perfect and very simple.

Didn't see that coming! I'll try to get this set mainly for Frenzy Rumble the blue one, but because I missed out on Combiner Wars Buzzsaw I'll happily add him and Howlback to my Decepticon shelf as well. My nephew will probably enjoy the one-step Bumblebee, so he can have that.

I'm excited for Soundwave. I passed originally but IDW has convinced me I need a Soundwave and not just a FOC Soundblaster.

I'd repurpose the CW version since the gold on this one is more accurate to the original toy than the yellow.

But I don't have the original so this is going to be my Buzzsaw.

I also don't have Rumble yet thanks to only seeing him once in stores and Takara Tomy never releasing him. I need to grab an over priced one online before the price gets too out of hand.

Anyone else spot the Hasbro photography mis-transformation this time? Poor Howlback has an airplane nose for a tail instead of her actual tail. Although this makes her more aerodynamic in reverse, so there is that.

I just checked, and it looks like that Optimus figure is available to be shipped to the US now. Shipping is hefty though, and for me, it comes out to 8,376 Yen total, or about $80. Not sure I want to drop that much.

I was kind of hoping that the Soundwave would take more from the LG36 rather than a new deco, but it's fine. All i'm really interested in, is the 3 Tablet's that come with that BB figure (which I'll promptly be selling separately)

We have been getting all target exclusives at either toysrus or ebgames so you should have no problem finding it in canada
