hey at least they didn't cancel your order yet. They've cancelled my order twice now. For no apparent reason. It's just gone. I call and they can't really explain other than to give a canned answer.

Lame. I HATE TRU.

Mine was cancelled without any notification by TRU, when I asked them, they said it is because my credit card is international and they couldn't verify my address, dude, I live in Costa Rica and I import these things through a forwarder in Miami, lame customer service! I'm not having these kind of problems with hasbro itself, they should have sell MP Grimlock directly :MR-T:

Ha ha ha, there actually is a "Shotgun Creek" about a mile away from me as the crow flies. You know, I could have SWORN I saw an MP Grimlock at my local TRU last time I was there, but I didn't pay attention to him because I'm not really interested unless he comes with his waiter apron and bowtie. Of course I'd just donated blood and it was 95 degrees in the store so maybe it was a hallucination.

I also received the same e-mail this morning. When I got to the part where it says "Your order will be canceled if not filled by 8/27/10," I figured it was an scam by TRU to cancel the orders where MP Grimmy sold for $49.99 ($59.99 - discount).

glad i got takara version may had 200 more for it but im glad toysrus editon does have better accesros though

thats kinda a weird coincidence...i called and canceled my preorder for him a couple days ago because i managed to get a SDCC Blaster from HTS.

Yeah - the Takara releases' accessories made sense - the Marvel-verse crown for the Marvel-colored figure, the cartoon drink tray/waiter outfit for the cartoon colored version. But Hasbro's release just has the Marvel accessories with the cartoon version. :BANG_HEAD:

That very message had my order (not preorder) sitting in limbo for the Overkill repaint of Classics Grimlock for almost a year. I finally cancelled the order with them and bought one off of ebay.

I ordered mine on back-order for $59.99 and I have yet to receive a pre-order cancellation letter from toysrus.

TRU did the same thing a year or so ago when they had the "Exclusive" Soundwave re-issue. My girlfriend ordered it for me for my birthday when they put the pre-order up. And it got canceled a month later with no explanation.

And then 3 months down the road, the TRU shelves were full of them. I got 4 with no problem and they hung around on shelves long enough to go 50% off, at least in my area.

TRU pre-orders are crap. TRU has one of the most glitchy and unprofessional websites ever. Unfortunately they often release good Transformers stuff. But it is always better to try to find it in a local store than rely on their crappy website.

I was just over to the toysrus website,and it seems toysrus has pulled any info they had for this hot item off of there website.

I am going to say it's safe to assume that by doing this,and all these pre-order cancelation's everyone is getting. That MP Grimlock isn't gonna see the light of day anytime soon,or Hasbro is just gonna cancel this thing altogether.
