I went to the black friday one thinking all voyagers where $9.99. Bitch at the counter looks at me and says only the ROTF voyagers are half off, and then rings up HA Barricade TWICE! Trying to rip ME off? Talking about $250 for some damn transformers. Don't get me wrong, I love TFs, but 3 voyagers, 1 leader, and 1 HA TF for $250 is stupid.

If I can, I'd like to find Banzai-tron and the latest Optimus Prime (I can't remember the exact name).

Did the clerk ring up your entire order twice, or just HA Barricade? Three Voyagers at $20, one Leader at $55, and one Human Alliance figure at $30 should come to about $145 before taxes.

if they have them im getting seaspray and either bludgeon/banzaitron

meh to that then. I already have Bludgeon and Mindwipe, and I don't care for Ironhide. I just got the original ROTF Prime too, so that one's off the list as well.

Too bad my crappy local TRU only has Wave 1 Animateds, Mindwipe and ROTF Defender Prime. I'd love to get a half-price Highbrow or Seaspray.

Well, the thing is, after she rang them back up again, the total did come out to $145. So, IDK what she did, trying to rip people off on Black Friday.

She probably just pushed the wrong button somewhere. Ripping you off wouldn't do her any good anyway since she doesn't get a cut of what she rings up.

Yeah, probably just hit a wrong button, it happens. Happened today to my grandpa in fact as he took the family out to lunch. He was looking at the credit card slip trying to figure out how much tip to put on it when he realized it had run up at over $3000 for 5 meals! The staff was very apologetic for the error, but man if he hadn't noticed, that'd have been a huge shock come time to pay the credit card bill.

Bottom line, always double check!

Exactly, she was going to keep the extra money that I (my dad, actually) was giving her, but she was actually ringing up the correct price. It's how criminals and cheap people work.

Do you realize how hard it is to steal from retail? They check everything, and if your til doesn't come out to the exact amount of cash it is supposed to have, the cashier pays for it. I've been on the front lines at TRU on Black Friday, the poor lady had probably been there since 3 or 4 in the morning, and it's a crazy store packed with pissed off people. I really doubt that she was trying to steal from you, more that she was just trying to get through her shift alive.

Yay, thanks to this sale I picked up Recon Ironhide with help from a 5 dollar reward certificate for a grand total of 5 dollars and some change. Now I have an Ironhide who comes loaded for bear.
