I'm really wondering if they were going for some sort of perspective technique with Wolverine. Somehow someone thought this was a good idea for a cover, but I'm not sure why. Does it harken back to an older art style from back when TF's and Marvel Heroes occupied the same universe/were produced by the same company?

Wow... I love Prowl, but Wolverine is terrible looking.
I could have sworn Jimmy Cheung was attached to draw all the the mini-series' covers. At least #1 looks awesome.

That is a fairly awful cover, Neither Wolverine or Prowl look menacing or powerful.. they kind of look like they have been sitting on the couch watching reruns for weeks, then finally decided to get back into action...
With such a poor cover, there is no way fans who are unsure whether or not to grab the series will pick it up. Covers are meant to make you go "oooo that looks good", not "what the???"

Oh lordy! I thought for sure you guys were exaggerating. Then that picture loaded in.... oh god, my eyes. My eyes! I'm all for stylizing... but holy slag.... I'm in shock. That was just... plain.... out of place. How'd that chimp get Wolvie's suit... and why Wolv and Prowl? That doesn't seem like a very likely pairing.

The story is gonna be great, the artwork is decent. Cover1 is fuc king awesome! Cover 2 average! Please don't look it at it now and say its gonna suck before it even comes out lets just wait and see what people that already bought it deceide. I assure you its gonna be fucking awesome!
