and complaining things to death is really just starting over, because death isn't really an end but the begining of something new..

Why get him when you already have a True Fan ™ in your midst? One of those guys that doesn't have to define an assortment of cool new figures as an all-or-nothing situation? One that chose figures instead of toylines to purchase?

Not so much that they can't, more that they won't. To cost prohibitive. I'm fairly sure nothing in there contract with Hasbro says they can't make their own molds, but why bother when they can repaint and do minor mods to existing molds.

It would make the most sense to release that Thunderblast repaint.....but they may go a totally unexpected route.

I'm under the impression that since Elita-1 in the Botcon comic is of their creation, that it wouldn't take much effort to work out the paperwork.

For some reason, the comment "we also have another fan favorite that is currently in development" is just screaming to me that this is a previously unreleased 3H character.

These are toys that the club makes for Club members to buy (nonmembers can buy them, but they have to pay for a membership when ordering).

hoping this means the possibility of an encore reissue of the seacons, the moulds are there even for the critter that wasnt in god neptune.

Or I could be a guy who finds the idea of repainting the Seeker mold into a character whose biggest contribution to the fandom was a fanwank turn in Dreamwave's G1 book as ridiculous now as I did then. Besides, I doubt it's "fan favorite" enough to deserve it.

When they say "fan favorite", I'm hoping they mean the unreleased Energon Slugslinger remold as Devcon. I know they used the mold for Club Airazor, but I want a Devcon!

I thought in the Wrecker comics Devcon was reformatted to look like BM Mirage?

I am guessing Elita-1 from the comic, but I'm hoping for the Defensor RID repaint Prime...please.

Yeah, I always loved that repaint - it works soooo well as Defensor, that paint scheme fits RiD Prime like a glove, almost like it was always meant to be Defensor, it's that good!

Is there a suggested price on the Seacons yet? And you don't have to be a member to buy from them, right? But if I remember reading, the extra cost usually evened out to what membership was.

There were 2 unproduced versions of Devcon. One was a redeco of BM Mirage, depicting him in a Vehicon body, the remold of Energon Slugslinger was supposed to be his Autobot body.

I'd love a Hot Spot repaint of R.I.D. Prime. Although i feel Hot Spot should be able to combine into Defensor with the res of the protectobots.

Of course they can always call the armored mode Defensor, and the non armored mode, Hot Spot.

In any case he'd be awesome.

Of course I really don;t care who they release the Seacons with as long as I can get my hands on them.

I don't think there's been mention of a price yet. probably around the 60 to 80 dollar mark.

I'd love to say that since he appeared in the Hot Rod Spotlight that it's Banzai-tron repainted from Energon Divebomb.

Seriously though, that proposed repaint of Energon Strongarm as G1 Roadbuster would be sweet.

Actually, mentioning the name Strongarm, there was a character in Timelines called Strongarm but we never got a good look at him. Anyone know if there's a toy or any good pics of him?

The fan favorite is going to be a remold of Classics Megatron into Classics Shockwave with a new paintjob and a new head. Kinda lame since the Classics megatron is already purple.
