Transformers Club: Seacons May Be Coming With "Fan Favourite" Plus Wreckers Finale!

The Official Transformers Collector's Club has been updated with some new info regarding their upcoming Club exclusives. It looks like the long-awaited "Universe" Seacon repaints are still in the pipeline, along with an unknown "fan favourite".

The Club also mentions that the Wreckers finale, part 2, will be online in early October in the members-only section.

09/18/07 - We are currently hard to work on the next batch of Club Exclusives. It has been mentioned that we are looking to bring the Seacons to the Club, but we also have another fan favorite that is currently in development and we will have more details on this exclusive soon!

The Wreckers Finale Part 2 will be online early next month in the members only section. We can't wait to release this final exciting chapter to the Wreckers saga! Written by Greg Sepelak and Trent Troop with art by Guido Guidi.

Or you could get a guy who didn't buy the classics at all cause he knew half of them would end up Botcon exclusives and very expensive and not really worth it.....like say........ME!! Oh that's right, I'm that guy in here... :grin:

and complaining things to death is really just starting over, because death isn't really an end but the begining of something new.. :lol:

Why get him when you already have a True Fan ™ in your midst? One of those guys that doesn't have to define an assortment of cool new figures as an all-or-nothing situation? One that chose figures instead of toylines to purchase?

Not so much that they can't, more that they won't. To cost prohibitive. I'm fairly sure nothing in there contract with Hasbro says they can't make their own molds, but why bother when they can repaint and do minor mods to existing molds.

It would make the most sense to release that Thunderblast repaint.....but they may go a totally unexpected route.

I'm under the impression that since Elita-1 in the Botcon comic is of their creation, that it wouldn't take much effort to work out the paperwork.

For some reason, the comment "we also have another fan favorite that is currently in development" is just screaming to me that this is a previously unreleased 3H character.

Wouldn't everyone just die if it were the Defensor repaint of RID Optimus? :-?

These are toys that the club makes for Club members to buy (nonmembers can buy them, but they have to pay for a membership when ordering).

hoping this means the possibility of an encore reissue of the seacons, the moulds are there even for the critter that wasnt in god neptune.
