An article on Asia One News has appeared about concept designer Feng Zu and his endeavor to start teach Concept Designing at the FZD School of Entertainment Design.

Feng Zu was part of the team that designed the movie robots in Michael Bay's Transformers Movie of 2007. The article states that Zu will focus primarily in his classes on Concept Designing in the Entertainment business targeted for an international market. Anyone interested in taking up his class, should delve deep in his or her pockets, as the classes are held in Singapore and will cost local students $36,000.- and International students up to $40,000.-.

[sarcasm]^gee...what a greaty way to get people in it, and a great way to get even more money[/sarcasm]

If anyone wants to pay that much for the class, he should let them in, because they obviously want to learn if they pay that much

I have a feeling that a few people are going to give him hell about the crappy movie designs. I would.

His designs are better than the crappy animated designs.

Here let me save everyone $36,000-$40,000...

How to create Michael Bay Movie Transformers:

1. Take the G1 figure with the same name as the robot you're "creating".

2. Take a Lego Bionicle figure with a similar color scheme.

3. Put both in a sturdy blender.

4. Press the "Frappe" button. Remember short bursts- you don't want the results to go through a sieve.

5. Squeeze 1/4 tube of Super Glue/ Epoxy into the result.

6. Using rubber gloves, mold the concoction into a semi-humanoid shape.

7. Once it's slightly sturdy, stick on a couple of weapons that you hadn't put in the blender. Toothpicks might work too (especially in the case of Jazz's "weapon".

8. Congratulations! You're done AND you're $40,000 richer!

ps. If you're gonna photograph it, make sure you zoom in to show off all the millions of pieces (which you can brag about later) and to mask the basically lame design. (Don't worry about it being lame though, heck some poor fools might even pay you $40,000 just to show them how you did it!)
