So soon? I really need more time to save up...but they made the order form look like the 1988 checklist, so I'll pay any price!

I like the ad, however there's only one figure I want out of that group, not including the mystery figure, so it's not worth it to me.

Okay. Huge kudos to the guys who put together the collector poster. I'm guessing it's Lanny, who has been a super kind guy in all my dealings with him. He usually does color and packaging if I remember right. Bravo, if that's the case!

The "poster" resembles the 4th one from Hasbro... that featured the Headmasters, if I remember right. (looking at the squares in background.) Mystery bonus figure grayed out, etc. Brilliant. Makes me feel like a kid again looking at it. I'd love one of these for all the years!

Out of all of them, Treadshot sticks out to me as the one I'm most excited about. Given, he's "classics" style. Looks like a good year.

People are more excited about the poster than they are about the figures.

Looking at them all together... I'm only REALLY interested in Chromedome and Rewind. I could be into Treadshot and Barricade if I get them in hand, but I'm not sure.

Good thing I have a couple weeks to decide.

Has anyone had a good experience signing up for the service, and then selling off the figures they don't want?

Alternatively, is there anyone who doesn't want Chromedome and Rewind (or who really wants Thrustinator and Fisitron) who would be willing to split a subscription? I'm already a Club Member, FYI, and can do the ordering if needed.

You'll probably pay $200 for them. Might as well subscribe for $279 and then sell the ones you don't want.

I just realized that I'm hearing about the deadline for subscription 2.0's first payment before learning the date for the final installment for 1.0's payment plan! Was that announced already and I missed it?

Really Fun Pub? This should not start until at least a month after the final payment for the 1.0 subscription service is due. Really want to get in on this but I still have to make the final payment for 1.0 which will probably be due right around when the ordering for 2.0 is closed. So I probably wont make it. Stay Classy Fun Pub.

Just seen in my email that the final payment is due starting October 2.

Wait, you see how Chromedome and Rewind are numbered 1, then 2, and so on? Does that mean they will be released first? Or will it be random?

Probably just part of the homage to the G1 checklists.

The "catalog" may be favorite part, moreso than the actual figures.

It would be funny if they actually were released in that order.

Well, after all of fandom's grousing about not knowing when we were ever getting any of them, that would be hilarious, but even if that actually is FunPub's intent, I have a feeling something or other will go wrong next year too.

I have a feeling Barricade and Treadshot are going to be in the $40-70 range like Jackpot/Circut. No new head sculpts will make these the less desirable figures. The hot ones will be Chromedome and Thrustinator. And if Im wrong, 80 bucks plus the shipping that they dont tell you about until you order is some good beer money. ;)

Looks like they Photoshoped Chromedome's long head back to normal.

I've been buying Japanese figures all year, I think I can actually swing this...

It's actually a nod to the 5th series from G1, when certain pretenders were not released in the earlier waves from that said series (i.e. Bugly, Finback, Groundbreaker, Gunrunner, Iguanus,Roadgrabber, Sky High, and Splashdown) and were given the same silhouette and the same "coming soon" caption.
