The Universe of the Transformers is vast, and populated by many characters. Their universe is a large tapestry, made up of the stories and points of view of countless experiences that serve the larger whole.

These are some of those stories. This is:

These stories are the result of Transformers enthusiasts taking the time out of their busy days to contribute to a universe they love.
No one has been paid for the production of these stories.

Cool. Interesting to delve into the whole Megs/Ratchet thing.

Early on in Simon's time writing the US Marvel stories, he took out Megatron and Ratchet in a Space Bridge explosion. They were found later by the Autobots, only to discover that said explosion had fused them together. Fixit (Autobot Micromaster) was able to separate them, but at the cost of developing a bond between them wherein one would feel the other's pain and share their thoughts.

This Mosaic is meant to take place shortly before the end of Marvel US #77.

Thanks for the kind words.

Some minor corrections though regarding it's placing. It doesn't take place during Issue 77. It takes place at some point after Issue 79 when Galvatron has been slam-dunked into the ice by Fortress Maximus. If you look at Megatron you will see that he is in his Action Master form and is distinctly undamaged. Which is a form he didn't have in issue 77.

I just looked over my shoulder to grab the box which has that issue only to realize that I had taken said box to storage to make more display space. :BANG_HEAD:
If I'm not mistaken weren't Ratchet and Meg's both at the epicenter of the explosion that dropped their ship out of the sky? I think they were both freshly Nucleon infused, which explains surviving the explosion, it's just a bummer that Ratchet didn't reap as much of the benefit as Megatron apparently did. The frustration for Megatron over that would also make for a great Mosaic.
All in all, nice tie-in and explanation of a line left unfinished by Marvel.

I was gonna say...didn't this happen right before issue 80 of the four-issue mini-series?
