Transformers Star Shia LaBeouf Not Responsible For Car Crash

IMDB.com and TMZ.com are reporting that the Los Angeles's Sheriff's office has stated Transformers star Shia Labeouf was "not at fault" for the crash earlier this week. The crash as earlier reported, injured his passenger, Isabel Lucas, who will be appearing alongside Labeouf in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, scheduled for release on June 26th 2009.

The driver of the other vehicle apparently ran a red light. Labeouf was still detained and charged with a misdemeanor DUI (driving under the influence) and will be due in court next month.
