While Transformers Titans Return Titan Master Ramhorn has been found at Meijer's in the US, he still has not been spotted at either of the three big box stores in the country. However, we just got notice that he has been found at Walmart, in Canada. To be more precise, this Ramhorn was found at Bayers Lake Walmart in Halifax, Nova Scotia. This figure coming out at a major retailer in North America is a good sign that he will eventually be found in the US at a similar retailer. for those unaware, Ramhorn is the only new Titan Master in the fifth wave of Titans Return figures. Also, if this news is to be believed, he could be coming out later in a solid case at retailers who have chosen to order more Titan Master cases.
The sighting comes to us from dho10 who posted it on Cybertron.ca.

For $15, I'm tempted but that's just so weird -- like it was fan modded and repackaged?

I wouldn't bank on it showing up at Walmart. None of the ones near me even stock the titan masters anymore.
I don't get why everyone is holding out for him showing up at retail stores. Why not just order one from entertainment earth? Sure, you will pay about $4 extra for shipping a small single figure, but as an avid TF hunter, I can certainly confirm that I have already spent 5 times that in gas money trying to hunt him down. As soon as entertainment earth put up the single figure listing, I pre-ordered and started saving money in trying to find him. I actually did the same thing with the wave 5 deluxes, which still haven't showed up in my area. I also ordered Slugslinger off Amazon when they had it for $20. Of course, he showed up at Walmart the day after the figure arrived, but even then, I was happy with the price since it really only came out to be about $2-3 more than if I found him in stores first.
I totally get the thrill of the hunt, but man, this line at its chaotic at best distribution, have me considering just ordering online for about MSRP for all most of PotP once the Christmas sales pass.

Every store I go to I'm doing shopping anyway, or is directly between my home and work. Chances are it will show up not long after, or about the same time the EA single release comes in stock. If it doesn't within a certain period of time, then yeah I'll get it online, but as of today, this moment, the only way to get him is with other figures I already have, and for that, I can wait. Almost every store in my area has Titam Masters wave 4 in stock, even TRU, which for a long time did not.

How about Walmart, are they stocking Titan Masters in your area? Mine aren't, so I'm not sure what that means for the Prime Masters. I know the Titan Masters have disappeared from Walmart for a time and re-appeared in the past, so maybe there is some hope, but I'm not counting on it (the Walmarts in my area are terrible).

I actually don't have any version of Broadside, so I was happy about the price....then shocked by the face. I may circle back this afternoon....

Yes Walmarts and Targets currently do, and always have since the line began. It was TRU in my area that didn't for the longest time.

Looks like Clobber's face, Repugnus' body/legs and Shuffler's arms. Not sure what it's supposed to represent, though.

To a certain extent I totally agree with you. But I have to be home to accept mail deliveries so I try to limit my online purchases to TFsource as much as possible. Im not taking a day off from work to get ramhorn. I want him but not to die for. Hes one of those things you want to find when you go pick up groceries. To me walmart is walmart so I expect them to have it eventually if canada walmarts get him now. Its not like canada TRU which treats their customers to stuff american TRUs dont. (Siege of cybertron set for instance) Its freaking walmart, they just ship crates wherever so hope your area gets lucky. Ill pick him up somewhere eventually.

So it's not likely Ramhorn will be found in Wal-Marts in the USA if the decision to clearance the Titan Masters was nationwide. I've not visited a Target retail store in nearly a year, so I'm not sure where Titan Masters stand with that store. But considering the first wave of Deluxe figures of Power of the Primes line are being found there, it's not looking good for the last wave of Titan Masters.
I've seen some Targets that don't have Titan Masters on the floor. Peg label just isn't there.
But most Targets I've been to in Southern California still stock Titan Masters and the ones I've been to in the last month (multiple Targets in San Diego, Orange, and Riverside counties) have the Wave 4 case of Titan Masters out.

Though it was odd, when I saw the Deluxes at Target yesterday, they had advertised "New Low Price" of $15.29 (or something close to that, it was in the low $15 and change).
WJ- If you see this, we started talking about repack waves in the PotP thread, is there a good source that breaks down all the repack waves? I'm not too familiar with them, just what was in each main release. And with that said, I just wanted to give my overall assessment of distribution of TR Deluxes in my general area...
Wave 1- Plenty of all, spotted multiple times
Wave 2- All Spotted, but Mindwipe was definitely the rarest with only a couple sightings
Wave 3- Plenty of all, spotted multiple times
Wave 4- All Spotted, but Topspin and Perceptor have been the rarest, only a couple of sightings of each
Wave 5- No Sightings thus far
*Wave 6* - No Sightings thus far

We don't know the sourcing of the figure for the store, whether Hasbro Asia had some extras in stock, or if this was intentional from thestart, but there you have it. Check out the image below, and let us know what you think in the Energon Pub discussion boards!

My local Walmarts did the same thing with TM and Legends late in the summer, but then about a month later put the pegs back up and restocked TM wave 3 and Legends wave 4.
I mentioned this in the haul thread, but if anyone is still looking for wave 4 Shuffler and Repugnus and you have a mall near by check out the seasonal Go! Calendar stores, I saw a few of each there last weekend.

I was wondering how Hong Kong sellers on eBay got the figure.

If there was to be a final repack (wave 6...), the ideal one for my area would b:. Mindwipe, Misfire, Slugslinger, Perceptor, Twin Twist, Top Spin, (since one of the wave repacks did have 6 figs at 2 each, I figure this can happen as well...)

There is another revision wave, for wave 3, that can also be found but it is trickier to identify. It is basically the same as wave 3 but instead of having 3 Hot Rods and one Getaway it has 2 Hot Rod and 2 Getaways.
These two revision waves would explain the abundance of Twinfernos on the shelves.
Here is the case breakdown for deluxe class wave 4 revision, the wave currently being found across the US and Canada:
2x TRA GEN DELUXE AUTOBOT TWINFERNO
2x TRA GEN DELUXE TRIGGERHAPPY
2x TRA GEN DELUXE KROK
2x TRA GEN DELUXE QUAKE

Now back to being disappointed about Hasbro releasing more old TR waves to shelf warm until March of 2018. We can also blame Bayformers crap for getting in the way of this stuff not already being sold last Summer.

That's not what I meant and you know it.
It used to be hard enough to find figures when there were four waves a year, and now it's almost 8 thanks to these revisions, none of which have a single figure people seem to be looking for (perceptor, kup, misfire, twintwist, slugslinger, etc.), which makes them superfluous, the shelfwarming leftovers are clear evidence that these figures aren't landing with common buyers or collectors, yet they keep putting them in additional revisions (twinferno, etc.)
I put to you that, had these revisions had contents along the lines of: Kup, 2 x misfire, 2 x slugslinger, and twintwist (cases come with 6 figures), we'd be in a much better spot as collectors, but, no, they're just rereleasing wave 1 ('17) over and over again

I don't blame it all; personally, releasing slash (a figure that didn't sell well first time round) alongside an underwhelming 'bee and a shiny grimlock wasn't a smart choice, in fact, I'd have skipped the repaints and just done a shorter run of figures, those stupid allspark things are neither helping, nor selling, so I also blame them

Seriously, who was begging for more Twinferno? I see at least 3-4 of him at every store nearby. And usually 1-2 Triggerhappy as well.

Yeah, I can basically count on finding either Hot Rod, Triggerhappy, or Twinferno just about everywhere around here. All thanks to wave 3 and wave 6 being the only things stocked around here.

This, this is the problem, if these revisions weren't a thing, we'd all likely be swimming in misfire's twintwist's, slugslinger's and potp figures at this point, instead of shelfwarming garbage like hotrod and twinferno...

I think people would be more welcoming of revision waves if it included repacks they needed. For instance, I dont think anyone minded Wolfwire being repacked.
I am surprised to see no one care for Quake or Krok though, from what I read on other sites it seemed an atrocity to have them short packed and people thought they would never find them at retail. So I dont know why them being plentiful now is so bad. I do understand the hate at seeing Twinferno. While the US had to wait months for wave 3 saturation, the fact that 2 revision waves include him is not the brightest move.

Haha yes, but she's all that is left. We had a bunch of wave 5 for a while, then one case of wave 6 (which sold quite well since it had Kup, which is still sought after) but now its revision waves.
Oh and I know this is kind of thread cross pollination but with POTP first appearing in California, we now have further evidence of the trend of toys being found in the west first, nearer to the western ports.

I'm not really a big into characters popularized by IDW, so Krok & Quake were an easy pass for me. As for the distribution of PotP. While I do feel fortunate to have seen them a couple days after the news broke on Saturday 11/12, the PotP have seemingly been sighted equally distributed all over, including larger east Coast locations such as New York & Florida.
Maybe it has something to do with how much a particular store sells, and what they order? PotP hit Targets on both coasts, but I'm sure a good chunk of the middle continent hasn't seen them yet. Heck I was in Cedar City Utah at the end of September, and (no joke) they still had a CW Leader Armada Megatron (along with 3 Sixshots) in their Walmart.
I mean it would make sense that they would hit all the larger cities stores first, but that's why the conundrum...I consider myself to live in a fairly largely populated area, and sometimes we don't see things for several months until after many other places have already got them.

In your area, yep. Here, he is the one left on 2 stores shelves minus Slash. Barricade and Berserker are pretty much gone finally, but Bee and Slash still stand here.
Also, I finally got all the stickers on Trypticon. I really want Hasbro to not do the titan sticker sheets again, please. They take so long, which isn't that big a deal, but the stickers I got were of poor quality. I had several rip in half or peel the back paper with them so I had to keep picking at them to actually get to the sticky part. These stickers were of a noticeable lower quality
