We've received word from TFcon that another G1 voice actor is joining the convention! This time it is Laurie Faso, in his first convention appearance. Laurie was the voice of Orion Pax, Sky Dive, Rampage and Divebomb.

TFcon wrote:TFcon is very happy to announce Laurie Faso the voices of Divebomb, Orion Pax, Rampage and Skydive in Transformers Generation 1 will be joining the G1 Reunion event happening at TFcon Los Angeles 2019 for his first ever convention appearance. He is also known for his roles as Raphael in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze and Tunnel Rat in G.I. Joe.

Laurie will be taking part in autograph sessions with the attendees of America’s largest fan-run Transformers convention on both Saturday and Sunday of the convention. Please check the TFcon website for the full guest signing schedule prior to the event for exact times. Laurie Faso is presented by Ages Three and Up.

We have received word from TFcon that writer Ron Friedman is attending the convention! His first ever as well. He is most well known for writing the 1986 Transformers Movie, still fondly remembered to this day.

We have received word from TFcon that not one, but two more G1 voice actors have joined their G1 Reunion at TFcon Los Angeles 2019!

The voice actors are:

-Melendy Britt, voice of Alana and more famously, the voice of She-Ra!

Melendy will be taking part in autograph sessions with the attendees of America’s largest fan-run Transformers convention on Sunday, March 17th. Melendy Britt is presented by Ages Three and Up.

-Jack Angel, voice actor of Astrotrain, Breakdown, Cyclonus, Omega Supreme, Ramjet, Smokescreen and Ultra Magnus (Season 3).

Following on from the news earlier about new guests joining the TFcon in Los Angeles in March, We have received word from TFcon that another voice actor has signed up to appear. This time it's Dan Gilvezan! Who performed voice acting duties for several G1 characters like Bumblebee himself. He was also Spiderman in the Spiderman and his Amazing Friends cartoon.

TFcon has announced their latest guest update: Bill Ratner! People will recognize Ratner as the voice of Dashiell Faireborn in the Transformers Generation 1 cartoon. He is also better known by his code name Flint in G.I. Joe.

TFcon 2019 is earlier than normal, taking place in Los Angeles, California from March 15-17. The guest roll call already includes Michael Bell, Neil Ross, Alan Oppenheimer, Paul Eiding, Arthur Burghardt, Michael Horton, Morgan Lofting, Jack Lawrence, Alex Milne, Donald F. Glut, Ron Friedman, Melendy Britt, Jack Angel, and Dan Gilvezan, and is advertised as a Generation 1 reunion. Tickets are currently on sale! TFcon USA Los Angeles 2019 is only two months away now but the guests keep on coming.

The good folks over at TFcon have reached out to us to let us know that Transformers designer Eric Siebenaler will be attending the con and hosting a Q&A panel at the convention and have a table. Eric was the lead designer of Transformers Animated and was largely responsible for it's development.

Just wanted to mention, by way of update, unfortunately I will not be able to attend. My wife has had a recent health development, that while dangerous, is totally treatable if we act now, which we already have begun treatment for her. Unfortunately this necessitates cancelling of our hotel reservation/rental car etc...already booked in advance. But of course, my family always comes first. I wish anyone who is able to go the best, and regret not being able to meet anyone in person.
