What do you get when you take Reveal The Shield Perceptor, throw in some Generations Cybertronian Soundwave, and top it all off with a slick paint job? One certainly nice custom! Well it's certainly found a good use for the boring Perceptor mold even if the vehicle mode is still incredibly dull. Never been much a fan of Soundwave myself but this is a very good custom and certainly better than the WFC figure.

I just noticed that this is the perfect mode for soundwave.I wish hasbro would use soundwave instead of perceptor with this mold.

i almost forgot that G1 Soundwave and G1 Perceptor's bot modes are almost the same.

Screw Reflector, this is the repaint/retool I want for Perceptor. It completely works.

Yep, Hasbro needs to look to this kitbash and do a repaint themselves of RTS Perceptor to create a RTS or Generations Soundwave. Because it is very evident that this mold works out perfectly for Soundwave. Great job on the kitbash. Kudos!

Simply Awesome, now i need to get me an extra soundwave & perceptor so i can do this. I think this mold works better as a Soundwave rather then a perceptor.

Honestly I would probably settle for this if Hasbro picked it for the CHUGHU line. He has been a van/ truck/thing in several of his most recent incarnations. Perhaps Hasbro will come up with something.

Suddenly WFC Soundwave doesn't look so cool anymore. Now, of course I want a new Soundwave with his minions that fit into his chest and all that, but I actually think I could settle for this, if the Big H were to make it. For some reason that alt mode seems to "fit" Soundwave better than it does Perceptor.
That really looks awesome. And the shade of blue is perfect...really makes it pop. Great job!
