Up to $25 Off Your Purchase of Toys and Games at Target

Carytheone gave us a nice tip on the forums. Right now, there is a coupon which gives you a $10/25$ return for a purchase of $50/$100 or more on toys, which is coming in real handy with Siege hitting Target stores.

And for those who already made a $100+ or $50+ purchase recently, you can always bring in your receipt to have Target honour the new deal. For those unsure about how that works, the idea is that they would be price matching the current deal. They will do like you are returning the items and buying them again at the same time. But since this time there is a deal, you are reimbursed some money. So even if those are opened, it should not matter since you are still taking those opened items back home with you. Of course you need your receipt for that (it's crucial) and bringing any packaging you have could help them identify the toy (less crucial).

We hope that helps! Scan the image below to get your $25 Off coupon.

Hardly worth mentioning, but Kohl's is doing 10% off Transformers toys today (and yesterday), but the catch is that they never seem to have any Transformers in their store and the only one on the site is Super Bumblebee.

ToysRus used to have that exact same approach to TF promos.

Yeah, no kidding. One of the many reasons why I really don't miss TRU.

Oh, and I forgot a deal this week that actually will be useful to some people here: 10% of all trading cards at Target this week including the Transformers TCG.

For those of you who have been on the fence about the Transformers vintage G1 Hot Rod reissue action figure available exclusively at Walmart, now might be your best chance to get one for your collection. Hot Rod is currently available on Walmart.com for a mere $14.97, about 50% off of the original $29.84 MSRP. Special thanks to fellow Seibertronian boyatlarge for sharing this information with us.

This Autobot Hot Rod figure comes with photon laser cannons and converts between racecar and robot modes in 6 steps. Clip out and save the on-box tech specs to share, then see how this figure compares to other heroic Autobots and evil Decepticons (each sold separately).

  • Change from Racecar to Robot
  • Recreation of 1986 Release
  • Function: Cavalier

Experience the figures that started it all. This Transformers: Vintage G1 Autobot Hot Rod figure is designed like the original G1 version -- including figure styling, packaging, and art inspired by the 1986 G1 release, plus classic tech specs and accessories. (Re)start a vintage Transformers collection with this Autobot Hot Rod figure!

Guess what!? Transformers G1 Vintage Hot Rod has been discounted even further on Walmart.com! He's now going for $12.97 at Walmart.com! You don't have to pay for shipping either if you choose the "Pick Up In Store" option at checkout. I got my G1 Hot Rod yesterday, but paid $14.97. I love him. He's a great value at that price, but an absolute STEAL at $12.97, honestly. You can order Hot Rod by clicking on any of the images below.

Fellow Seibertronians! Are you thinking Transformers? Are you thinking Studio Series? Are you thinking discounts!? Then you should DEFINITATELY be thinking GEEK!

According to our own Megatronus (of Twincast fame!), it looks like some ThinkGeek stores are discounting their wave 1 and 2 Voyager and Deluxe Class Studio Series Decepticons. They were marked down to $16.97 and 25.97, respectively, and with the additional 50% off clearance items. The regular MSRP for Studio Series Deluxes is $19.99 USD and for Voyagers $29.99 USD. Megatronus was able to purchase deluxe Crowbar (wave 1) for all of $8.49, and voyagers Starscream (wave 1), Brawl (wave 2), and Megatron (wave 2) for $12.99 each! Keep in mind that Deluxe wave 1 also includes Stinger and Deluxe wave 2 also includes Lockdown.

Megatronus asked if GameStop was having a similar promotion, since GameStop owns Thinkgeek, but the employees drew a distinction between the two retailers when it comes to these kinds of clearance sales.
