Malin has spoken on behalf of OTFCC with this to say:

Please keep in mind that '2 weeks after the convention' was an *estimate* based on information from the manufacturer at the time. As soon as we have a revised delivery date for Sentinel Maximus that is realistic, it will be communicated. I understand your frustration, but the figures have been produced and everyone who pre-ordered them will receive them.

So sit tight. We should have Sentinel Maximus shipped out eventually. Keep your eyes glued here for updates.

If this was an estimate, than 3H should NEVER have said the following which can be found in the original news post here:

At 3H Productions' expense, we will ship every preordered product to the intended recipients approximately two weeks after the convention. Please know that every person who ordered this exclusive will receive this exclusive.
