What's up with the blue Binaltech/Alternator Tracks?

A picture of a blue version of Autobot Tracks surfaced earlier today. It seems that this highly anticipated figure may actually be arriving in stores before the end of time.

But how? How will it arrive in stores? Will it be available in North American import shops as an E-Hobby Binaltech exclusive? Will the regular version be blue as a last minute change? Is this the reason the Binaltech version was removed from Takara's June release list (it was originally slated for a June 24th release, then a July 19th release)? We just don't know. Maybe Takara and Hasbro are going the same route they're taking with Meister and offering two different paintjobs! We'll keep you posted.

You can view pictures of the blue Corvette Tracks from Binaltech or Alternators here.
