Snarl

Profile: Snarl is strategic genius, cunning hunter and deadly warrior, these qualiteis make him invaluable to the shared Maximal/Autobot cause. He also occupies a unique position outside the normal Maximal command hierarchy as being the first of a new breed of the matrix Templars chosen to continue the ideals and teachings of this ancient order of this bold new techno-organic world. He serves his mention, Alpha Trion, the avatar of Primu, to further the will of Cybertron itself. The Maximal High Council are aware that he seems to represent an actual link to ancient powers that have faded into the realm of legend for most Cybertronians. However the very notion that he can commune with powers far greater than their own is an unsettling one for many of the Maximal elders. While the Council respect what he stands for, they tread very lightly around him.

Snarl approaches his recent calling as the greatest honor any warrior of his station could hope for. During Cybertron's long period of relative peace. Snarl often found himself bored and unfulfilled in his tenure as a military strategist. However, his training over teh past year has opened his eyes to a much bigger picture than the relatively trivial borders kirmishes between Maximals and Predacons. He has been groomed by Alpha Trion himself to carry on the noble ways of the Templar order and be a hand of justice against the forces of Unciron. Snarl seems to thrive in the face of adversity, the most overwheling the odds or impossible sitautions are against him, the more determiend Snarl is to come out on top.

Abilities: In robot and lion forms, Snarl is an exceptionally capable fighter, with an intellect as keen as his razor sharp claws. Has an ambush style of attack that rarely leaves his enemies the option of survival. In his lion mode, Snarl possesses superior agility as well as lightning speed. Outfitted with special stealth armor making him virtually undetectable to most monitoring devices. Has an incredible awareness of his surroundings, almost impossible to surprise. Through his intense training as a Matrixt Templar, he has developed the uncanny ability to see into his oponent's Sparks, to sense their weaknesses and exploit them to his advantage. It is rumored that he can commune with ancient powers buried deep within the core of Cybertron. In robot mode, his tail converts to a blade weapon that can focus and channel his own Spark energies into powerful electrical blasts through the blade and his claws. As he learns more of the Matrix Templar ways, Snarl has become a more skillful and deadly fighter. The full extent of his new abilities remains to be seen.

Weaknesses: While he is within the reach of Unicron's corrupting influence, he often must struggle to maintain control of his own predatory instincts. When battling inside the monster planet his lust for battle can easily prove his own undoing.
