Summary: Octane is on the run from Galvatron and wants leadership of the Decepticons for himself. He convinces Trypticon to head to the oil-producing nation of Carbomya, where they can consume all the Energon they want in exchange for performing an occasional task for the country’s sovereign, Abdul Fakhaddi. But Fakhaddi doesn’t stop there and orders his new metal mobsters to steal numerous national monuments, including the Taj Mahal, the Eiffel Tower, and the Kremlin.
