The native New Yorkers can only stand in the midst of Manhattan and watch in fear as Scorponok and Shockwave do final battle for the Decepticon leadership mantle. Over in Washington some lips are badly in need of being read - and fast! Prime and his Autobots (who were in the process of surrendering to Scorponok when this battle commenced) enter the fray but a new 'factor' is required in the proceedings...
