The unthinkable has finally happened, Megatron side by side with the Autobots! But what can possibly have united these sworn enemies? Well, when you consider that both Megatron and the Autobots have suffered crushing defeats at the hands of the future Decepticons - Galvatron, Cyclonus and Scourge - the answer should be obvious. Both factions have been made to realise that alone they are no match for Galvatron's power, but together... together they may yet prevail! And so, a decidedly uneasy alliance comes into play, with Megatron leading the Autobots into battle. But can even this combination succeed? Their first target is Scourge - and Scourge is not about to give up without one heck of a fight! As for Ultra Magnus, time is fast running out!
