Here are all the upgrades I've done on the Bots and Cons from the first movie. All of them have had their respective Reprolabels upgrade set applied. Sorry some of the pics are a little off, it's a new camera, and I'm still working on taking closeups.
Bots
Optimus - Repainted the shoulders and upper thigh. "Metal" areas on the arms, legs, torso, grill, and fuel tanks were painted flat black, then dry brushed silver. The blade was painted orange, then brushed silver. Applied Bare Metal foil to the battery box, front and back bumpers, trim around the sleeper cabin, and the visors. Painted the running and break lights. Painted the air cleaners chrome. I'm still looking for tubes for the stacks.
Ironhide - Dry brushed arm, legs, and torso. Added bronze highlights. Repainted weapons aluminum. Added 1/64th scale stacks.
Ratchet - Dry brushed same as Prime. Did some touch ups on the face and hands. Painted the rescue tools.
Bumblebee (New Hotness) - Dry brushed the black areas. Did a little work on the face. Painted the barrel of his weapon blue. Painted his "toes".
Bumblebee (Old and Busted) - Dry brushed, some facework, washed the missiles with some red.
Jazz - (No pics) Unchanged except for the decals.
Cons
Megatron - Didn't get one.
Screamer - WIP, no pics yet.
Brawl - Repainted the green (I wish I could remember what shade...). Repainted the gray. Painted the missile tubes silver (tried to focus the light from the LEDs), then a different shade of green. Repainted the head, weapons, fingers. Sculpted a new blade out of epoxy. Added silver and gold highlights. Drybrushed the robot bits and weapons silver. Dry brushed the tracks silver and rust.
Blackout - Repainted the alt mode Gunship Gray. Painted the windows. Added aluminum to the rotors and steel to the engine exhausts. Did some facework, added some highlights to the arms and hands. Dry brushed the rest.
Repainted Scorponok silver, added bronze, gold and red highlights. Despite repeated pre-washing in both dish detergent and 409, still sticky.
Barricade - Bought this one off eBay with the light mod already done (I killed, no lie, like a half-dozen of those whistles trying to do it myself before I gave up
) Repainted the head, arms, hands, and legs. Repainted Frenzy.
Bonecrusher - Repainted the whole thing Armor Sand. Painted the inside of the back panels camo gray and dry brushed. Painted the fingers engine gray. Added gold highlights to the arms. Added a black wash to the robot parts and alt mode vents and grill. Painted the windows. Painted the headlights, break, and running lights.
