2nd animated g1 movie

Does anyone know the name of the 2nd gen 1 animated movie? I remember bits - a hall with all the statues of the fallen hero's optimus prime bieng one of them!

It was a vhs of the 5 part Five Faces of Darkness. It was the first 5 episodes of season 3 edited together into a movie.

I remember someone telling me about that. I hunted it down until I found out it was the Five Faces of Darkness series.

There was no 2nd animated movie for the G1 series.
Some times fans like to "nick name" the 5 part season 3 opener or the 2 part "Return of Optimus Prime" as movies.

Not exactly, the FFoD "movie" is sometimes labeled as the 2nd movie, not just by fans. And TRoOP is hardly a 2nd movie. Though I do have the VHS of it...
