Hello,

I am new to the 3rd Party transformers game. I have been mostly buying G1 and the Classics\Universe\Generations stuff.

So I have some questions:

What are some of the best websites to buy 3rd Party Transformers? I have been looking at TFSource. I want to buy the first two Hercules figures but they are sold out there. What are other good options?

Also I was looking on Ebay, and there is someone selling them but they are from Hong Kong and they are pre sales. I have never purchased anything from ebay that was a pre sale transformer from a third party company. The guy has good feedback, but does that stuff ususally work out well?

Am I to late now to get the two hercules figures that are already out? I have noticed this third party stuff sells really fast.

I was looking at some of the Fansproject stuff. Specifically the Ultra Magnus City Commander stuff. I see a lot of stuff out there on ebay and other places saying KO. I know this means Knock Off, so would this item be another company that has already made a knock off off fansproject stuff? KO stuff ususally does not fit or work as well as non KO stuff correct?

Pretty much all of our site sponsors (aka the guys your see advertising in the banners) carry these guys, I personally recommend BigBadToyStore.com. I've never did a pre-order on eBay so I can't speak of how that works out. As for KO of third-party items, yes they do exist. FansProject City Commander has definitely been knocked off, I've heard it doesn't fit on Ultra Magnus quite as well as the real deal. Not sure what other third-party items have been KO'd, but I'm sure there are more.
