A question about TFSource

Motto: ""Underwater, no one can hear Autobots scream!""
Weapon: Sunami Blaster
First off, not sure if this is the place to post this, if it's not then I'm truly sorry. Well my question is i have some pre-orders going on TFS and their not due out until late October/early November, and now something else has my interest and need to cancel this order, and i shouldn't have a problem right? and TFSource should be able to cancel this order? I mean its far enough in advance for the cancellation and TFS shouldn't ding me for it. Your thoughts

If I recall correctly, TFSource is a lot less forgiving about cancelling orders. If there's a good reason, I'm sure they'll do it, but I think I read somewhere on their site that if you cancel too many orders they may cancel your account. Something about how they invest a lot to purchase the amounts of stock they need for preorders and such, being they're a relatively small business.

Thanks for the information kirbenvost, but this is my very first purchase from TFS, and mostly i buy from BBTS, but TFS shipping rates were better so i went with them. Well if they cancel my account so be it then, but they have to realize situations do arise and people can their mind and we should haven't pay the penalty for that. From now on, ill buy from BBTS then, if TFS wants to pay that game...

Well, I could be wrong about this too, as I stopped shopping at TFsource some time ago. That information is just to the best of my knowledge. Best to check first to be sure!

I only cancelled one time at TFSource and found it a pain in the ass compared to BBTS because I had to write an email when there should have been a remove button on the preorder page.
