I had no idea this character even existed until I was commissioned to do her, haha. Apparently, she's from the Transformers comics, although I'm not sure whether it was the U.S. or the U.K. version. Perhaps one of you guys might recognize her.

She is from teh last few issues of teh US run, just after the Matrix Quest ended and Unicron was about to arrive. She could make people daydream their greatest fantisies, including tf's, leaving them open to attack. She tried it on Unicron and he simply gave her one of those headtrips he gives Galvatron in the movie. Personally, I don't like her.
