DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT SERIES THIS IS

i dont remember the name, but when i was a kid, there was a mech show that was extremely awesome. the details i remember most vividly is that there was a cable that attached to teh back of the pilots neck. sort of like in the matrix. these mechs were not terribly large either. any thoughts
