The cash is the most major obstacle, by far. Luckily, I do have some help, as well as some savings that can be turned to cash immediately. This business is very small, and I view it as a stepping stone to bigger things. Even if this baby goes belly up, I will at least have acquired the skills for managerial work, and there can be some money in that. And I didn't have to scrap my way up. I will have created my own job and my own credentials. Only thing, is, it's a big risk!
As long as you don't take no for an answer and see yourself as a professional, I think you will be a success. I've noticed that your mindset has a lot to do with it. I refuse to see myself as too young, too inexperienced. After all, I became a parent with no experience, and I've learned so much! It's all about attitude.
