If you think it's legit, hold on to it or sell it on eBay. Someone is going to want to but it as a "Variation".
The best case scenario is you have a "Bumblejumper" type accident. However, instead of an unknown character, you have a known one.
Worst case scenario, it's a hoax and you're out the cost of the fig.

In Canada the law is that all products must have both English and French. All the first wave movie figs had bios but the second waves have this backing. Even if the fig is different like Payload it has the same card backing.

In the pics on page one, the inner plastic is actually wider than Wheeljack. Mayber it is Longarm's original, cause he is a wide toy.

Check this out...

Longarm actully does have a missle slot on the packaging in the same place as that Wheeljack. They stuck Wheeljack into the Longarm packaging. As for how that can be returned, Wal-Mart will take anything returned to them unfortunatly and they can reseal any kind of packaging to make it look offical.
Wal-Mart really SHOULDN'T do this but they do. Especially in cases of online computer games that have a serial code that can only be used once. Someone screwed me over on my first copy of City of Heroes. Someone bought the game from my local Wal-Mart, used the serial code, then returned it. I ended up buying the used serial code and had to buy another copy of the game just to get on the freaking game. (that was like 3 years ago.)

Congrats.
