Who would win?

She has acidic blood, can lay eggs with face-huggers in them, and is very strong.

He/It can regenerate, has long tentacles that come out of his hands, and can mutate. But I will not include the weapons
he has as that might make it too one-sided.

Nemesis

Queen Alien revives as a zombie after being killed. And as we all know from RE2's zombie Brad Vickers, Nemesis made Zombies are helluva tough. Zombie Queenie kills Nemesis and infects her nest with the T-Virus.

Let's hope some Predators find out and muke them.

I agree, she'd kill him, but contract the T-virus in the process....bad mojo.

Nemesis is faster and more clever, apart from a great strenght and intelligence

Nemesis in his second form would beat her up, i doubt the first or the third

Probably Nemesis, he has a more sophisticated cunning than the cunning the queen exhibits.

As an aside, i don't actually believe the T-virus could infest an Alien. There's a chance that it might, but they have surely developed an entirely different biological template (I.e different, though not too dissimilar genetic structure, different organelles and different cellular mechanisms). The T-virus infects all eukaryotic life on earth because, by and large it has more or less the same sort of cellular-structure. Cells might be different, there might be different chemicals can be produced, but mitosis, meiosis, cell division, signaling and whatnot is exactly the same.

Also, unlike a bacterium, a virus is incapable of adapting as easily, as it requires another cell's internal mechanisms (to produce proteins, DNA etc) to replicate itself. Therefore, if introduced to an alien organism, the chances of it actually doing anything is zero.

The acidic blood is also another effective barrier, as if i recall correctly the infection is carried mostly by the blood.

Blah... damn bloody exams.. revision's making me eat, drink and sleep biology X_X

Nemesis would be like the T-1000, no matter how many times you try you can't kill him, untill you knock him into lava. With that said, I have to say Nemesis would win. I'am curious about one thing though, would the aliens be capable of contracting the T-virus?

alien queen..wins but case she dies another Pretorian is waiting to become the next queen. if theres not a Pretorian to take her place a facehugger will quickly evolve into a Pretorian facehugger and impregnate the Nemesis an a new species is born.
